Staff doesnt know where parts are, does not understand catalogue numbering system, does not know what parts are even when given careful description, cannot understand plain, spoken English no matter how slowly or clearly you pronounce each letter of each word. Takes 40 minutes and six phone calls for them to search for a $2.00 part AFTER being given a description AND the 273-number, by which time they still have not found the item. Either the store is disorganized or the employees from the manager down to the newest intern are grossly incompetant or simply not interested in making money. Either Radio Shack retrains or fires the staff at this location (which can only benefit RS), or I shop elsewhere, even if that means a 10 mile drive to Baynesville Electronics in Towson.

EXTREMELY poor service, according to the sign the store opens at 9am, however at 9:15 it was still locked. Seeing someone inside I knocked on the door and was ignored. Went back an hour later asked to buy a digital camera and the two had selected I was told that they dont have any in stock, waste of time! SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE

Wonderful staff and wonderful service. The store is always very neat. The website has the wrong hours on it though. The actual store hours are located on the door. 10- 8 monday through saturday, 10- 6 on sunday.
