Went in last Christmas to purchase a next-gen console. The guy (manager?) behind the counter was a fan of the competitors console (which is cool, all gamers have preferences), but he was down right rude and basically called me an idiot for wanting to purchase the one I wanted. Now look, friendly competition is great in the gaming community. But this guy was just plain nasty. I was so pissed that I walked right out without buying anything and wont be back.

Bunch of freaking thieves. Saved up like half a million points then they implemented this new policy to automatically trade all my points in for a gift card thats now expired. Ill be going Amazon from now on, probably cheaper anyways.

I constantly go to this gamestop and it is my favorite. I moved and I still go out of the way to visit. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience ever in this gamestop.
