I have a 20 year old 22 inch Murray push mower. The housing cracked and the wheel fell off. It needs a plate welded on it, a hole drilled in the plate, and the bolt put back in. Easy. I called these guys and they told me "its not worth fixing." Got similar disinterested responses from all the other "repair" places in the area that Google directed me too. Whats wrong with this picture? First of all, none of these places want to fix a very durable 20 year old mower that is going to last you another 20 years because all these places got new pieces of crap on the showroom floor. Understandably, theyre not in business to help you but to make the largest profit they can. Look at the reviews for new mowers. If they last a year without you bringing it in for repair, youre lucky. So, even if the repair cost me the price of a new mower, it would be "well worth it" for me. Do yourself a favor, if you need your mower repaired, skip all the places that Google directs you to. Skip all the places that have a conflict of interest in repairing your mower because they have new junk on the showroom floor. Go to Craigslist, find someone that does repairs and only repairs. Youre helping the environment by not wasting resources and throwing perfectly good material in the land fill (the plastic pieces that cant be recycled or the entire mower since most people dont bother to take metal to the scrap yard). Youre helping local small businesses (the real good people) not the Chinese. And, youre helping yourself by wresting control of your life from the major corporations that only want to suck the life and every last cent out of you.

Worst customer service Ive seen in a while! Employees just make up prices as they go along. two different price on a weed trimmer repair. Then I called for a riding mower repair, the guy said they would call me back and never did. I called a day later spoke to a manage (chris), He took my info and said he would send someone out. 5.5hrs later I called back and he said the guy leaves to do repairs at 5pm. I asked why wasnt I told this on initial inquiry, his response was "I didnt ask". When asked to speak to the owner, chris reply "he never comes in the office"....... "ever"..... I would not recommend this business.

In addition to renting equipment, they also do equipment repair. Ive taken my lawnmower to them twice: once to get the blades sharpen, the other to look into why it was running rough (turned out it needed a new air filter). Very satisfied with their work, and their pricing is quite reasonable. Just spoke to them over the phone about whether they could fix our gas-powered string trimmer (starts but dies after 15 seconds of use), and they said that while theyre willing to look at it, Id probably be better off buying a new one. I thought that was a very honest and upfront response.

We have a 15 year old snow blower that would not start and hadnt run for years. Instead of buying a new one, we took it to All Seasons Rental to see if they could fix it. They were very friendly and had the snow blower fixed quickly. The cost was slightly less than their estimated cost. We used the snow blower during the 2014-15 winter and it worked just wonderfully. It started with one or two pulls on the cord and run as well as if it were brand new. We are very satisfied with the service from All Seasons Rental and will use them again.

I took my barely a year old lawnmower in to find out why it wouldnt start and not only had it repaired, but was informed of what was the problem...plus a possible fix to avoid having to bring it back in next year. It took longer than I would have liked to get my mower back, but it turns out the day I brought it in, was a seriously busy day for the outfit. There were mowers EVERYWHERE. Far too many of us late for spring, yard workers lol. Highly recommend these guys.

Absolutely horrible service. While my request was pretty straight forward (tune-up for Toro push mower) I could not get a clear answer as to the cost or timeframe. After 3 weeks and 3 additional visits to check the status, the tune-up was finally completed. Overall impression was that the staff was incompetent. Additionally, I did not see any minority employees.

This place has definitely changed. I think they changed ownership and ever since then service has been nonexistent. I tend to agree with at least one other reviewer in that they tend to give repair costs that rival a new purchase. I do try to support local but can no longer support local that only values my money but not my patronage.

Horrible business practice. Left my lawn mover there in June, didnt receive it back until late August....it was USED AS SPARE PARTS!!...made them put it back together, and my original issue is still not fixed, just going to have to find another service shop...HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT GO THERE....Look somewhere else!...Caveat Emptor!

Terrible terrible terrible customer service! I dont know why this place is still in business! Do yourself a favor and steer away from this shop! Suppose to be a overnight repair for my flat tractor tire and ended up 1 week without being able to even fix it! I wish i could rate this shop half a star!

Great place for rental but do NOT bring things in to get fixed. They are Extremly slow. And will just tell you what you want to hear to keep you from trying to come pick up your items. I waited 2 months and my generator sat in the same spot I dropped it off collecting dust.

They kept my mower for a month for a simple tune-up and sharpening. Completely unresponsive. I finally bought a filter at Ace Hardware, took my mower back and put it in myself. Okay for rentals, but dont take anything there to be repaired.

Old guy that owns shop must be crazy or something lol he just fired all his employees and his mechanic... If I were you guys Id check out the other repair shop in Bowie. Its bigger and so much better!
