I just bought a bike yesterday...yeah! I had a great experience largely due to the great service I received from Matt and Chris. They were knowledgeable and helpful and I now have a great bike that is just right for me. The icing on the cake was that I ended up spending less than I thought I might have to and there was no pressure to buy "up". My husband needs a new bike in the near future, now we know where were getting it. Thanks guys!!

Very friendly and sincere people working here. I bought a bike online and they set it up for me, I had trouble, they stepped in and gave great service. The quality of customer service truly makes me want to stick with this shop all the time. I neednt say anything bad about the service offered in other places but I have visited all the bike stores in Annapolis and these guys are head and shoulders above the rest. Great place!

This place was awful- terrible repair and unacceptably long turn around time. A week and a half to get some spokes replaced and have the wheels trued- and they didnt even true the wheels. Will never go here again. Pretentious staff and unreasonable service. The absolute worst bike shop in the Annapolis area, hands down.
