I had a ton of questions regarding electric bikes and got nothing but confusion and mixed reviews searching online. I needed something to commute to work and school in York. So I came here to check out some bikes and get some much needed help. Melanie explained the differences between motor options and other specs on the bikes. Test drove a bike and fell in love with it. Bought a bike from them and he entire process was smooth. Opted to buy velocare insurance on top of the manufacturers coverage. Very happy and pleased with A&S Bikes. More than willing to help out with anything needed! Thanks for everything!

I Recently bought a new origin 8 fat tire bike this fall. I put it to the test on the beach and also in the mountains. It worked as well as it was described to do meeting mostly all my expectations. The service in the shop was tremendous, I can do most of the ordinary tune up and maintenance on my own from explanation from the bike tech. If I do run into any issues i know theyll be there waiting to repair or fix the problem. I refer this bike shop to all my friends for any use of bike your interested in they have it and if they dont they wil order it for you. 5 star rating from this guy!!

If you have any questions on electric bikes and definitely if youre considering buying one, A & S is a must stop. You will get any and all questions answered with absolutely no pressure (or judgement) whatsoever. I even attempted to build my own, and when I realized I was in over my head, A & S picked up from there and finished the build perfectly! Cant say enough about this place...this is how a business should be run! Five stars isnt enough for a place like this

Got a e-bike for getting to work and around York city, the bike is great and Im glad i went to A&S to purchase one. The owner is awesome to work with, even helped change air tube for me when i got a flat and was having an issue fixing it. Would recommend A&S to family and friends!
