First Class Operation! Was on vacation from out of state and I could not be more pleased with my first visit to Bike Beat this week. Without a doubt the friendliest and most welcoming staff of any bike shop Ive ever been to. Helpful with all of my questions and recommedations on direction for parts and none of the usual loftiness (i.e. we dont have time for you non-elite rider) I get from my local shops. I had a checklist in hand for Trek parts/accessories and left mission accomplished. So nice to visit a Trek dealer that A) knows their trade so well...B) had so much in stock...and C) helped me learn some new things and did it all with a genuine want to help me as a customer be satisfied that I got exactly what I needed. Top shelf experience!

Awesome! Drove from Richmond to ride the Colonial Parkway the ONE day a year that is closed to automobiles and I had a flat and no spare tube. (I know its a no no) The shop wasnt even open but Chris answered the phone because a bunch of them had returned from riding the parkway! He said to come on anyway and they would take care of me! And they did. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My sister and I were in and out of there in 10 minutes! A beautiful day and a beautiful ride alongside of some of the most beautiful scenery! They made it happen for us and we are so appreciative!

I have purchased 11 bikes from bike beat over the last 3 years and have assisted friends and neighbors with 14 more so when I say that they have outstanding customer service you know it is well founded. The products they carry, Trek and Gary Fisher, to name a few, are great. From the entry level bike to top of the line models they have something for every level of rider and if they dont have it , they will get it. The customer service is second to none. I highly recommend all of the Bike Beat Locations not just the one in Williamsburg, although it is my shop for life.

The customer service here is superb! Every employee I have talked to has been so incredibly helpful and kind. I bought a bike from BikeBeat that was originally scheduled to be delivered 4 weeks out. It was then extended to 6 weeks. Frustrated, I voiced my concerns to them and they managed to find my bike available in another warehouse so it was shipped the next week! They are so willing to work with the customers and are generally great at listening and understanding. I will definitely come back to BikeBeat and I recommend them to everyone.

After being forced to take my bike to another LBS due to Bike Beat being backed up with service orders, Ive come to appreciate just how great Bike Beat is. I bought a Trek 4300 new from them two years ago and since have had nothing but good experiences with Bike Beat. They offer free tuneups, and do great work. They also give great advice and recommendations, and are willing to help an amateur find the answers they need. Great shop with great workers!

The group at Bike Beat is first class. they do a lot right. the sales and service team is very sharp and helpful. ive experienced the same positive experience at their locations around the area. Awesome place. Brought my old bike in and they troubleshot and even fixed it free. Ive dealt with a lot of bike shops, for that matter Ive dealt with a lot of regular shops and no one has ever compared to their level of customer service.
