Very disappointing. There were hardly no customers on a rainy Saturday. We went to purchase outdoor light fixtures , lightbulbs and looking for light fixtures and/or lamps for bedroom.... but could not get any help. After looking up and down isles for a salesmen, found 2 salespeople by the washing machines talking to each other, I asked for help and finally one looked up and said they would page someone to help me. Went back to lighting section after 5 minutes and no one came to help me...I left my basket filled with light bulbs, light fixtures and walked out went to Lowes. Very upsetting especially because I am a Home Depot card carrier.Iwould be understanding or patient if place was busy but it wasnt and even when asked for help could not get any. I have never wrote a bad review but I was so upset and disappointed because I was ready to purchase lights and could not get help.

I cant say enough about how satisfied I am with this store. I purchased a riding lawn mower for my dad and the original mower delivered had to be sent back. Amanda called me and apologize over and over and said they would make it right. They sent a new mower, showed my dad how to use it and made sure it was perfect. Tammy and Amanda were so nice and so helpful in getting this done for me since I live over 600 miles away and was unable to be there. I think Ray was the employee who explained how to see the mower to my dad. My parents had nothing but nice things to say about him. Thank you Home Depot for making this possible for me to do so far away. You made my day, and my dads!

I went to Home Depot last night to find a Ryobi outdoor combo kit that was advertised on the website. After about 10 minutes looking on my own I asked an associate for assistance. After about another 5 minutes of searching he recruited 3 more associates that were more than happy to help! I remember the first guys name was David I feel bad I cant remember the rest but they all provided excellent customer service and they found the product I was looking for! Thanks a lot yall!

Love this store. the true reason i am rating this store is because i just reviewed the Lowes in waveland with a poor score because of how negatively they compared to this Home Depot and figured since i gave a bad review based on a comparison of how great this store is i owed it to them to give them a good review.
