I have used Ace for many different things throughout my life. The most memorable was during a winter storm in 2014 (this year when writing this). Power was out throughout town and I had frozen pipes in a house I had just purchased. Luckily for me Rich and his crew were at the store and it was open (without power). They guided the customers through the store and helped us find what we needed all by flashlight. It was quite impressive to see their dedication to the customers and I appreciated it very much.

Good store. Needs to have in stock what their flyers say. IT takes 2 months to fill and in house order. REALLY? i think not. Will honor..but 2 months?? Very helpful people. Paints gal is excellent help!!! Propane tank fill is quick and easy.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! They are always willing to help with any of my questions. Huge rental department from carpet cleaners to scissor lifts. They offer a lot more than just hardware and carry some local items.
