The owner called me a liar when I told that Fleet Farm was selling Irish Setter boot for $99.90 and he was going to charge over $190.00. He told me "his prices will be much lower than Fleet Farms sale price". After I proved him wrong he told that it was "just a gimmick to get people in their stores". Well, not only was I able to purchase the boots for $99.90 but experienced excellent customer service. The local business want the consumers to "shop local first" but when you try to you have to deal with poor customer service. Not only do you deal with his poor customer service but he also charges his customer a service fee of 3% for using a credit card. Not only is he screwing his customer with his prices he is screwing his customers by charging a credit card processing fee. Because of his crappy customer service, not only has he lost a customer for life, but I plan on letting as many people as I can about his crappy business practices.
