Dont bother going for laptops. They charge you a lot to do the bare minimum and do it recklessly. I had a boot error on my laptop and Im sure that instead of taking their time and attempting to save my data, they did a wipe and reinstall of Windows 8 for $100, which I could have done myself. They returned my laptop to me and it had even less applications and programs on it than when I bought it. It wasnt properly restored with all of the drivers either. It took 1 business day for them to give up and lose all of my files and they didnt even know what the error was or even try to figure out why the error was popping up in the first place. When asked, they said it was probably a "freak accident" and was probably caused by faulty electricity, which absolutely would not cause a boot error. Edit: Since Ive been busy, Ive tried to get in contact with them regarding some issues that my laptop is having that did not exist before. Ive emailed and called on several days and I havent gotten an email back, they never answered any of my calls, and they havent returned my calls. If you really want your computer, dont bring it to this place. Edit 2: Now I have to get a new computer. My computer has turned into garbage since I took it to this place. It randomly flickers as though it is clicking in and out of the window I have pulled up or as if I am moving the mouse around while on full screen. Filter keys randomly comes on mid-use making it impossible for me to type and I have to go into my control panel and turn it off. My mousepad randomly stops working. If I dont touch it for a while, like 30 minutes, it stops working and I have to turn my computer off and back on to get it working again. It is impossible for my computer to go into standby mode. Before taking it to ifixit, pressing the power button put it into sleep mode until I hit a key or powered it back on through the power button. Now, when I hit the power button, it shuts off but the screen comes right back on, sometimes even when I close the laptop. I spent $100 to get it fixed and now I have to spend money to get a new computer. I would have preferred if they just destroyed it with a sledgehammer for free.

First and foremost, I will start this by saying that I was originally misquoted and Im fully aware that you cant provide an accurate quote by phone without seeing the device in question. With that in mind, when the time comes that youve repaired the phone and realize that the total price will be DOUBLE what the original quote was for, it might be a good idea to call the person to confirm the price is OK rather than just repair it and demand double the money when they return. The phone itself was repaired just fine, no issues with that part of the service. The business ethics on the other hand are a problem. Had I not returned with my credit card, I would not have had the money on me to actually pay for the phone. You examined the phone before I left the store after dropping it off, its very obvious from first glance that the damage was on the Glass and the LCD. You could have solved that situation immediately but instead went the way of the crook and waited until the labor was already done to tell me the actual price. There are dozens of iphone repair stores all over Gonzales, Prarieville and Baton Rouge, I would suggest visiting another one.

My daughter paid them $160 to replace the screen on her iPone 5. 1-1/2 weeks after the screen was replaced, the screen crack near the button. It was very obvious that the crack was the result of a faulty installation. The button had been sticking and screen cracked one of the times she pressed it to get it unstuck. I was sitting right next to her when it happened and know for a fact that the phone had not been dropped or misused when it cracked. My daughter took it back to iFix it and they told her they do not Warranty their work against any cracks even if the cracks are caused by faulty installation!! What kind of business does not even warranty their own work. I went back twice to talk to the owner my self about the issue but he avoided me both times. They made absolutely no attempt to fix the issue. Just told me it would cost $160 to fixit again!!! Do not take your phone there!!! The quality of their repairs suck and their customer service is even worse!! They just want your money!!!

What these people are doing should be illegal. My boyfriend brought in his iphone 5 to have the screen replaced. They didnt give the actual price until the job was done. It came to $140, which is insane. He noticed within days that a corner of the screen was coming up. A few more days and the entire screen dislodged. He brought it back to them thinking they should fix it for free due to faulty installation on their part. They told him the wires were broken and he would need a new screen. They so kindly offered to do it at a discount for ANOTHER $100. He left it with them for a few days trying to decide what to do. Eventually he asked for the phone back with NO screen and decided not to give these people any more of my money. He was not reimbursed for the initial labor despite the fact that they didnt do it properly. On top of that, they charged him $20 just to get his own phone back. Ultimately, he spent $160 to be phoneless for weeks and get it back screenless and nonfunctional.

I would never go there again. My wife brought her iPad there to get a cracked screen replaced. They took several weeks to fix it. They were supposed to call when it was done but never called. It sat there an additional week because we didnt know it was ready. They charged us around $600 to fix it. They told us they would my wife they would add a screen protector in for free because it took so long but when I picked it up there was no screen protector on it. Customer service wasnt any better. I felt like we were really taken advantage of by this place. Since then the screen has been cracked again on the iPad. This time we took it to in and out phone repair on Siegen ln. Took 1day and cost $350 and great customer service. Never again will I go to the phone clinic

DO NOT GO TO DR.WIRELESS GO TO iFix IT!!! I dropped off my white and black iPhone 4 at Dr. Wireless in Gonzales to get diagnosed to find out why they werent turning on, they GUARANTEED my phones Fixed by the next day, went by they next day to pick them up and they had misplaced BOTH of my phones but they finnally found them a hour later, both unfixed, they said they did every thing they could (changed out screens batteries etc.) but the phones could not be fixed. Then we brought them to iFix IT in Prarievillie and a day later they had fixed both phones all they had to do was change out the batteries and that was it! So a word to the wise, dont go to Dr. Wireless Go to iFix IT
