1st: This store IS NOT A REAL VERIZON STORE! They are an authorized dealer and you cannot, under any circumstance, return any item bought on this store at any other Verizon store. Do not buy anything here! 2nd: I went in to attempt to decrease my bill if possible, no big deal. The sales associate said that will be taken care in my next billing cycle. I just got my bill today and called to make sure it was set up. It wasnt set up.... So that cost me a couple bucks for not having the lower plan for a few weeks. 3rd: I returned to this store to buy a new phone a few days later. A different sales associate "helped" me and gave me a Samsung Galaxy S5 with a sticker on it saying open box, when I asked has this been a returned item, she said "no it was opened by someone trying to make a sale but never sold." I later saw that the phone was never reset and had someone elses phone number registered as my own or something. So, I bought that phone, took it home, and couldnt make calls and couldnt text . I returned later that night 1 hour before closing, that same sales associate said that I would have to return tomorrow because it was too late and wouldnt have time to look at the problem. I returned 3 days later because I have been busy at work. Two new sales associates "helped" me by having me call the Verizon help hotline. That was a real Verizon employee. They helped as much as they could and told me to return the phone if the problem persists and that store would give me a new one........ The problem continued, and I returned the next day. The original sales associate who sold me the phone first said I am not able to return it (keep in mind this was within the 14 day return period). I disagreed, so she made a call and therefore decided it could be exchanged. They only had one color for this phone that is currently a top seller but I said whatever I want black but ill take gold because I need a phone. I didnt have the box that it came in so they told me to go home and get it. Assuming they would sell me a working phone in the first place, I threw the box away when I first opened it. That mistake cost me $35.00 and a restocking fee. I ended up returning it at their store, went to a real Verizon store, bought an HTC One M8, found out my company doesnt support that because of security issues, decided to try to Samsung galaxy s5 again and love it. This process did cost me about 20$ to get my iPhone in decent condition by getting it fixed at a phone repair shop, and another restocking fee for the HTC One M8 but in the end I was relieved that I finally got a working phone at a reputable store that had knowledge of how a cell phone works in the end. If this post allows you to reply, please feel free to contact me if you have any consideration of walking into this authorized dealer. I will do my best to talk you out of it. I hope they start selling phones to insects here because that is the only creature that I will allow to enter the authorized dealer with my approval.

I went into this Verizon store because my contract had matured and it was time to renew and upgrade my device. I called ahead of time to ask if the phone I wanted as available, and in the color I wanted. I spoke with Kristen and she assured me that they had the phone in stock. I arrived a few hours later and she had set aside a Sony Xperia z3v for me. She was super friendly and informative about the phone and making sure that my account transferred over properly. She made sure that I knew of the special that they had with a similar phone so I knew what all of my options were before finalizing my purchase. After I purchased the phone, she helped me pick out a phone case and a screen protector, even calling other nearby stores to check their stock to make sure that I was buying exactly what I wanted. Kristen was fantastic to talk to and certainly made my experience the best.

Best service of any Verizon store Ive been to and Ive been to most locations from Baton Rouge to Walker for some reason. Manager of this location (Wes) takes his role very seriously and is always happy to help. They have helped me straighten out phones between accounts (personal and business); straighten out billing issues; make claims on lost or damaged equipment; buy accessories for phones and tablets; make orders; cancel orders; revise orders; and on and on and on. If I were them, Id probably hate to see me coming. But theyre always friendly when I get there and always willing to sort through whatever my "chaos of the day" is.

Extremely knowledgeable and professional staff. The manager, Wes, accommodated my every need--in order to give me the best possible experience, he allowed my old phone to backup overnight and then texted me when it was finished. My experience from old phone to new phone was seamless in large part because of his customer service. He was very knowledgeable regarding prices and clearly communicated all of my options to get into a new phone. I will absolutely be returning to this store for my next Verizon need and will be recommending it to all family and friends. Thanks, Wes!

Absolute worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Waited patiently for 1hr 15min. The representative comes up and says "How can I help you?". No apologies or nothing for how long we waited to be seen. He then types a few words and says oh wait I have to take care of this. Another 10 mins go by, so we left. Then the other guy locks the door behind us. Didnt even say "Were sorry you had to wait that long. Can you please come back another day?". Or anything along those lines. Absolutely ridiculous. The worst.

I was completely satisfied with Aston Shanks service. He was able to help when other verizon stores were not able to assist us. He is very nice and helpful young man. I live in Lafayette, Louisiana and I will drive to Baton Rouge to be able to deal with Ashton Shanks. I came into this store after a terrible experience at the Seigen location. The Seigen reps were so rude and uncaring and I needed help!! Joseph at the Mall of Louisiana answered all of my questions for me and everyone there was so nice. They were so great I upgraded my phone and he saved me $40 a month on my bill!! Shining example of service for Verizon over here at the Mall!!

One of the worst experiences I have had with a service representative at the store. I tried calling the customer service toll free number and was told that they would forward my complaint to the region and maybe someone would call me back. When I asked Vincent to speak with his supervisor I was told one would call me back in 24 hours because they were busy.

Awesome experience. I was traveling and had issues--I needed a quick fix and not only was my problem fixed, but the customer service was way above what I was looking for. I not only got the problem solved, but the sales agent went above and beyond to make sure I left the store happy. Major points for this store. Great service. I highly recommend.
