Extremely poor experience dealing with their sales staff. 1. I simply wanted an iPhone. The sales rep misrepresented that when you buy an iPhone with Verizon on contract you get a case, screen protector, extra charger and some other accessory. At the end I paid for those on my card. I wasnt happy about the misrepresentation but I let it go. 2. 3 days later the screen protector broke. I brought it back to them and another sales rep didnt inform me about the lifetime warranty and instead sold me another screen protector. When I returned it later that day they were well aware of the warranty and told me I had to take it up with the Gadget Guard company. They were apparently fine with selling me another $45 accessory rather than looking out for their customers. 3. I had Gadget Guard send me a replacement screen protector. As it was within the 30 days of purchase I tried to return it to Verizon. They wouldnt take it back. I explained I was upset over this. I also pointed out the same protector is sold for half the cost online. I told the rep(who was also the manager) that I would likely leave Verizon when I next switch phones due to this experience. He shrugged and told me he was sorry. Clearly theyre all about abusing customers in selling accessories at this store. I tried buying here to keep my tax dollars local but next time Ill just drive in to Baton Rouge. I didnt feel robbed when I purchased at BestBuy.

I have been a Verizon customer for a decade, and I am considering cancelling my account due to the shady, underhanded, and disrespectful treatment from a salesperson from this location. I was told one price to upgrade to a new phone, then was told I needed to move to a newer phone plan and pay full retail price for the phone instead. This salesman was reluctant to comply to what I wanted for my account (which I could do myself online anyway), and continually made underhanded attempts to up-sell me even though I made it very clear my price and monthly plan intentions. I had to listen to numerous sales pitches, and also was told my decision to stay on a two year plan was a bad one. After all this, the employee purposefully did not re-activate my old phone, audaciously saying the next day that he thought I would come back in the store. I am beyond livid at this point and I hope this is a warning to anyone looking to deal with this store or employee. The capacity for such underhanded behavior from Clinton S. is some of which I have never experienced at any other Verizon store, or anywhere else for that matter.

I would first like to say that this is a third party company and not actually a part of Verizon. That being said, my girlfriend and I had a terrible experience at this location. The sales staff are incredibly dishonest and manipulative. We were lied to repeatedly over the course of a month and we had $150.00 worth of accessories stolen from us. I will never visit this store again. Ive been attempting to contact a district manager with no luck and Ive even tried while visiting the store. On that visit the store manager refused to acknowledge the presence of my girlfriend and would not even speak with us. I submitted a formal complaint with Verizon and Verizon stepped up and solved the situation. This is how I learned that the Prairieville location isnt in any way a part of the larger parent company, but a third party. Avoid this location at all costs. There are alternative choices close by where you will not have to go through the anger and frustration that we did.

Lie, cheat, deceive. Beware of visiting this store. Kelsie, who identified herself as the manager, told us we were receiving complimentary tablets after buying 2 new iPhones. When we got our bill, there was over a $150 in activation fees and charges and a monthly charge of $20 was due to hit us over the next 2 years! She totally took advantage of the fact that I had my children with me while visiting the store and it wasnt until I got the bill that I saw she had outright lied and stolen from me and my family. They are not a Verizon store, rather an authorized dealer. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible, I purchased in November with several other adults with me. There is no way all of us misunderstood the same information. All lies. Never received the credits as quoted. Do not deal with THIS LOCATION! Verizon is doing their best to rectify the situation, but I had to do it on my own. No help from the workers other than trying to make me believe that they would have NEVER said what we all heard them state numerous times. Deal with a REAL Verizon. They got their money and now they are off the hook!

The prairieville store was awesome! BJ was such a wonderful and helpful associate. After having a terrible experience at the corporate drive location, I drove the extra distance (which he stayed and waited for me) and I am happy that I did so! He was patient, knowledgable, and overall understanding to my situation and needs! If ever in Louisiana area I will definitely shop at this location!!!

I am new to purchasing my own contract for a phone because I am a college student and have been under my parents plan for years. I called and explained this and asked the simple question of "do you help with buying out other contracts." The employee I spoke to was very rude and didnt even let me finish the question before cutting me off. Thank you sir, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

They seemed nice and helpful at first but sold me over 100 dollars in accessories when I thought I was paying taxes and fees on my new phone. They didnt even ask if I wanted them, they just threw it all in the bag and had me sign to agree to pay fees.
