Do not go there. The customer service is useless and rude. I went in there because my phone was not working. They did not even look at it. They accused me of my phone being rooted or routed, not exactly sure what it is called, but I have heard about it. I said it was not, and tried to explain...they interrupted me and said the phone was routed or whatever very rudely...I than said, "are you calling me a liar." They told me to get out!.....I call customer service, and they knew exactly what was wrong. I have a new phone being shipped to me this week. This is not the first time I went in there to buy something and the staff is so rude, and useless. I do not even know what they are getting paid for. Please do your self a favor, and stay away. Either go to the main office, or call customer service.

I switched to Verizon after I went several days without service from AT&T. I can understand them having problems, but in the middle of the flood was not the time. They should be prepared for things like that. Especially here with hurricane season. I remember during Katrina we unable to makes calls, but were able to text. This time NOTHING. Hope was extremely friendly & helpful. Answered all my questions in a very professional way. They were out of the phone I wanted, she called another store to get it for me.. Rashad was also friendly and helpful. They made you feel like family instead of a customer. Also I didnt have to wait forever to get waited on! Thank you Hope and Rashad!

GARBAGE!!! Clinton (big guy sales rep - Bruce Bruce) is a SCAMMER! TODAY IS FREE JET PACK DAY! BLAH BLAH BLAH, nothing extra, your bill is gonna stay the same, nothing is charged to you. BS. Lied to me in my face to make commission. Lied to me again on the phone and said "I must not have been listening". GARBAGE. The manager was in cahoots with the jet pack BS also. What they failed to mention was a $40 activation, $20 a month access fee, and $10 a month for mobile protection. "BUT your bill will level put and stay the same, no extra charges" Righttt but my bill INCREASED $120 in a month alone. Never even used the fkn jetpack. SMH. SCAMMERS

The Verizon store and especially Rashad Williams was very helpful in getting my service to where I needed it to be. He was patient with my family and very knowledgeable in getting us new phones and also getting my bill to where it needed to be. Thanks Rashad and Verizon in being everything I needed in a mobile carrier and great at service after the sale.

Do not waste your time! They are not there to help you with your phone...they only want to sell you a phone. The young "lady" who I worked with could not have cared less about helping me with my phone that was not working. She only wanted to sell me a phone and upgrade my account. There was not an option for 0 stars.
