I was extremely disappointed in a recent phone purchase. I went back today to exchange it. I went in not expecting anything great. An employee named Jensen Curtis approached me. He was not only extremely knowledgeable, but also took the time to talk about multiple options to make sure Im getting exactly what I need. Ive been to this location for the past few years. Ive never experienced customer service like I received today. Thanks for all your help today Jensen!

If you go to this store and have a problem, you are out of luck, they are not a Verizon direct store. So any problems that may arise, Verizon has no liability. So they waived my activation fee on a device...the fee $40 showed up on my bill anyway, probably because they didnt waive anything. Look at what you sign, even if they say dont worry about it. They are crooks, depending on people who dont actually look at their bill. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Unbelievable....at least have someone here who has some sort of knowledge on the products sold here.... I was told that they could not help me figure out what was wrong with my cellular device (no phone calls, no attempts to reset the device....NOTHING) yet they were trying to get me to purchase another call phone when the one I was having problems with was only 2 weeks old... Horrible experience!

The very worst Verizon store ever!! We went there to pu a 32gb iPhone 5s after going to the Seigen Lane location first. Brian at this location was very very rude and unhelpful to us. After the fact we found out it was because he would not receive the full commission on the sale. Would not recommend this store to anyone. Seigen Lane location is way better.

Horrible customer service!! Tried buying a new phone and had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Desmond who was rude and VERY unprofessional. He would vaguely answer my questions with an attitude and acted like he had better things to do than sell me an $800 phone. Ill take my business elsewhere!!

It is what you should expect with a phone store nowadays, mediocre service and high prices. The reps were not rude but they didnt bother providing any information that wasnt specifically asked for. Only activated my phone and did not offer a file transfer service. No wait for the rep though

If you try to downgrade your phone plan or features on it, they will put you through loop holes and also wont mention anything about downgrading, or what you CAN do. I dont recommend giving,business to this extension
