If I can give less then a star I would. This place deleted all the things off my boyfriends phone!!! Then acted like he was the one being crazy. How do you go thrue someones stuff and delete their things way before someone comes back to pick their belongings up. Their unprofessional and ghetto dont k ow what they are doing and dnt take responsibility. Will never do business here again!

Very pleased ! I had lost the password to my husbands google acct but the young girl was so helpful in tryin to recover the password , needless to say we were unsuccessful but she made him a new account and saved all his contacts for me.

i was in baton rouge from north carolina and found this boostmobile store their customer service and selection of phones was pretty impressive (better than other boost stores Ive been to ) I highly recommend this store!!
