I came into Verizon in Port Allen to see about getting some help with my old phone that was acting up. I had originally gotten my phone from the location on Seigen and it was a horrible experience. I was misinformed and misled about the phone and my bill. The sales rep at Port Allen was Joseph and with his help I got a new phone and a Jetpack to connect my tablet too while lowering my bill and increasing my data!! I never expected such great service and assistance. He even called me afterwards to check on me and the phone to make sure everything was going well. Please go to this Verizon if you need anything!!

My phone had been acting up for about a week and I went into this store to try and see if they could figure out what was wrong. The girl who helped me tried everything, she really worked on it for a long time. Another rep even came over to look at it and make sure they werent missing anything. When they couldnt fix it, they helped me out by setting me up with an early upgrade! I cant say enough good things about the workers at this store, they were so friendly, helpful, and just went beyond what most people in cell phone stores have done for me in the past. I will be coming back to this location!

Only July 25th, my boyfriend and I went into Verizon in Port Allen. We were greeted and helped by Rayann Catlett. She has by far been the most help I have ever had dealing with anyone who works in Verizon. She was courteous, prompt, intelligent, and very professional with her job. I will definitely go to her if in need of more help. I cant wait to do more business with her in the near future. Thank you Rayann!!

Rayann was completely rude and unprofessional. Once she saw that I was going to make a purchase thats when her attitude seemed to change. There was only 2 people working and at least 5 people waiting. Was not greeted when I walked in the store just told to wait. Customer service and knowledge of Verizon could stand to learn a few things on how to treat people.

The service was professional and not rushed. Received help getting Phone I needed. Sales person took time to insure the phone worked properly and all Data from old phone was transferred. Checked on any extra discounts or programs I would be eligible for. Great experience.
