Great customer service. I am always impressed when a local business performs a minor service at no charge. My Samsung Note-2 power port was finicky, and they offered to install a $50 universal-ish replacement part that might be compatible; then they continued to tinker with the port (all within minutes)... They cleaned it out and straightened a couple pins and said it should be good to go, no charge. I said thanks, but Ill believe it when it works fine for a month! If it continues to act up, I will pay them to fix it; otherwise, I will go back to give them a small cash tip.

Seriously, these guys are the best. I came in with apparently a very simple repair and they did it free of charge while giving me advice on how to prevent it from happening again. They also fixed my girlfriends phone and were very polite, did the job quickly, and charged us very fairly. I couldnt recommend them any higher.
