Awesome customer service. In a day and age when it seems everyone forgets that it is ok to be nice while offering a service, Joe and his staff excel at customer service while offering excellent knowledge and repair work. They are also extremely quick. I called this morning, and they said to come right on in. I went in for a cracked screen, and within 30 minutes, they had me back out the door. I HIGHLY recommend this business!

Joe is Brilliant!!! My phone was so badly cracked I thought it was beyond repair but this young man jumped to the job and repaired my severely cracked screen. I would Highly recommend him for any job big or small. I want to iterate his care for repairing my phone to its original state. Joe was very helpful. I have a iPhone 6s. It was cracked up and had inside damage. He has great unmatchable low prices. He uses quality apple screens. He has great service and anyone that goes to him for anything to be fixed will get it done right away and the right way !

My whole family uses this place. Other stores around east Baton Rouge take too long, dont do the job they are supposed to, and the service is awful. Charged up is different, the owner speaks with you himself, the work is done quickly and efficiently!
