I called and asked if they had any ELF on the shelf left and if I could hold one. They said yes and even asked me if I wanted a boy or a girl and what my name was. The store is an hour away from where I live so thats exactly why I called I didnt want to make a trip for nothing. I get there and they said they didnt have anything on hold and that they didnt have any left. Yes, I called the right store because thats the only Michaels near me. Im just really disappointed. I love Michaels but their customer service disappointed me it will be a while before I go there again.

Michaels is a good craft store. They almost always have a 40% off one item coupon and run 50+% sales on almost everything in the store in a rotation. My only issue with Michaels has been I have had some negative experiences with employee attitudes but this is not to say every employee. Overall a good place to buy supplies when things are on sale. A little pricey when they are not.

This is a good place to get craft and art supplies for your kids. Good selection of 2d media and tools. They cater to many craft niches, but I cant say how well as I dont scrap book or make floral arrangements. Seems okay for most. More maker oriented than hobby lobby which is toys and tchotchkies, mostly.

The kids workshops on Saturdays are so adorable. My 5 year old Nephew loves them. The instructor, Heather, is wonderful with the kids. Its only $2.00...much cheaper than buying supplies yourself.

Pretty easy to find. Also got things I wanted that I wouldnt be able to get at my local version o Micheals but it has many great options with a cheap price. I love it.
