Simply put I will never do business with this store again. I tried to use the framing department for a custom large frame job in January. After immersive back and forth, multiple damaged prints and frames, wrong sizes and just waiting I got my finished frame back in late April. Im an artist and a collector bought a print of mine. Needless to say the collector I sold the work to was fed up with it. He was gracious enough to put up with Michaels lack of professionalism but I would recommend steering clear of this store. On top of everything else, whenever I call the store and ask to speak with someone I get put on hold for 20+ minutes then my call drops. Ive spoken with the manager of the store who has been completely unhelpful with this. Dont waste your time with this place. The employees that I have dealt with here are completely incompetent.

This Michaels is pretty convenient. You dont have to wander around a huge gigantic place wondering where anything is. Its a smaller Michaels than what Ive been to before and its easy to find things. A bit of remodeling may be in order because it seems a little older, but overall a good experience. They have some good clearance item, too.

I like this location, but there are always lines during the lunch hour on weekdays. You may want to go early or late to avoid that random person who wants to use a check when the new guy doesnt know how to process it and the other cashier is too busy with her long line to help him.

No matter what time of day you visit this store, there is never enough people working at the checkout to avoid standing in life. It would appear at times that Wal-Mart has a faster checkout process than Michaels. Which is not saying much.

I would like it better if a majority of their clientele (private school soccer moms) didnt hit me with their baskets every time I go in there. Otherwise theyre great and have almost everything Im looking for most of the time.
