A Private User

I went there to buy christmas decorations-overpriced four orniments for ten dollars and one. Of the cashiers was extremely rude. The store was pretty busy and each cashier(all 3) had a long line and ours announced that everyone had to move to another line because it was the end of her shift and she had to go home. Last time I checked that is not considered good. Customer service. We ended up walking out and I bought double the. Decorations at garden ridge for half the price.

This store gets 2 stars ONLY because very few places in the area carry art, craft, and sewing supplies. Otherwise, the selection of merchandise is poor, twice theyve been out of products I needed and hadnt re-stocked, and service is ALWAYS slow and apparently unconcerned! So frustrating! A quick trip for some buttons and modeling clay ended up taking almost an hour and I STILL had to finish my shopping at Jo-Anns! I will avoid that store from now on-burned too many times.

Carries a lot of products but not a lot of choice in most things. No variety as far as price point. Good if youre looking for broad interests with crafting but once you get into the niche of a type of crafting, they cant even begin to compete with niche art stores

Great yarn selection, and finally a good selection of Caron Cakes, which are so popular, I wish they would add them to their regular stock. Michaels always has great sales and coupons. If you love yarn, this is the place to go.

I love Michaels but this one never has enough workers on the clock! It is extremely hard to get assistance here. In addition, the staff arent knowledgeable. Seems as though they need some additional on the job training.

Im a crocheter. They have a nice yarn section, you can buy in bulk. Also love their kids crafting section and their beading/jewelry section. All the crafting needs in one store. Not the place to go for fabric though.

Certain staff members can get a little snippy for seemingly no reason at times. (Never with me, but I have witnessed it and think it is wrong.) The products and prices are decent enough.
