I needed Star Wars fabric to make a bachelorette sash and I was able to call ahead and talk to a staff member who double-checked that they had what I was looking for at the store before I had to drive over there. They have a wide selection of fabrics and the prices were reasonable. I was really impressed with all of the staffs customer service and willingness to help. Ill definitely be back next time I have a project. I wish there was another Jo-Ann Fabrics in this area, closer to where I live.

I like the site and the selection but I dont always feel like Im wanted there because some of the staff acts like they dont see me and when I have questions its met with a bad attitude. Not all the staff is rude because the older lady that greats me when I come in is the nicest one in the store.

Like most places now days, its not a place for people who are cost conscience. Their fabric selection is good, but you better catch it early. They run out early, and is hard to order another from another store or online. In other words, their stock is very limited.

Beautiful, well lit, roomy, well staffed and loaded with options. I was sorry to see the Halls Ferry store close because it was so close to my home, but I feel well rewarded for the extra drive to Fairview by the selection and overall appearance of this new store.

Im happy to report that my visit to Jo-Ann Fabrics for a purely IT geek reason was successful. I found spools of white and black thread to use as Next and Prev pointers for Lego representations of linked list nodes. Problem solved.

Lots of craft, sewing, and hobbie products here. You can also take classes on cake decorating, sewing and other projects. Staff is helpful. Usually takes a long time to get fabric cut, but thats my only negative comment.
