Every time I come by this store it is understaffed and I have a hard time finding anyone to help. I know it takes a lot of people to run a store this size but most of the time spent here is wasted finding a person. Many times the only person that can kind of help is a register person, and they can never leave the register (which of course needs to happen). If you have plenty of time to kill this is the place to do it.

This place is huge!!! There is so much stuff here, a vast selection. The one employee I encountered while trying to locate an item was pretty unfriendly, which does effect how I view the store upon my first time visiting, but maybe she was just having a bad day. Neat place!

This Michaels gets super busy, but they are good about getting people through the line quickly. The store is broken into two levels which makes finding stuff challenging.

Their custom frames are great value as long as you stick to the stuff thats on sale. I wish they had a larger frame selection but for a chain store it is good.
