on 5/6 talked to employee who told me that I could bring in my quilt and it would be 2 cents an inch to quilt it on long arm machine and it would take a couple of weeks..when I brought my top in today I was told that they didnt do long arm quilting for you but I could learn how to do that myself....why would an employee give me all the pertinent information and then be told 3 days later they didnt do that...i dont want to learn long arm quilting and pay to learn it at that...but what I really dont appreciate is a business who has no idea what goes on between employees...stay away from this business

To Karen Palmer: We sincerely apologize for the conflicting information you received when you were in our store. We are working very hard to become proficient enough with the long arm machine to be able to offer a product that we will be proud for you to have in your home. Sadly, we just need more time to make this a reality. Im sorry that the information you received was anything other than that. Our intention was not to mislead you. Our staff is all aware that we are close to being ready but are not quite there yet. I m not sure why you were told anything other than that.

This a new fabric shop. Lots of nice, beautiful material. Checked on some classes. Bought a marking pen that erase with heat from your iron. Sales person are very friendly and very helpful.
