My wife called this store to see if the had a certain item. She was told they has 4 in stock so we drove from Chalmette to Slidell. When we got there we couldnt find them so my wife asked someone who checked for her. She was told they were out. When she asked why she was told there were 4, the man said because there are 4 of something else in the wrong place on the shelf. He claimed to be the manager and was kind of rude about it. Didnt seem to care. Hence the single star.

I came in the store looking for a specific item, walked through half the store, with a clear look of confusion, before finally encountering an employee (this was@4:30 in the afternoon). She says hello, and just keeps moving past me and starts talking on her cell phone. I have 10+ years experience in retail and this behavior is completely unacceptable. Some serous attention is needed in how this location trains its floor staff.

Deceptive advertising practices. So I get a 70% off custom framing. They tell me its $360 to frame my 24x36 print (with the coupon)!!!! So, I say WOW! How much would it be regular price? They say almost $1,000!!! CRAZY. Be Ware of these tactics. Go to Hobby Lobby! At least they are Christian about it ;-)
