Love, love, love this store and everything they have. However, watch out for the way they price and the signs. It can be very misleading. Also, if you notice they have your item on sale next week... No problem, just bring back your receipt with every item you purchased that you want the difference for & get a credit. I have never had to bring back every item as well as the receipt. Obviously it was purchased! You can see it on the receipt. Why the need to bring in the 100 lb mirror that took several people to get it in my vehicle! Hobby Lobby seriously! Think about older people who often need help with heavy things & bring people with them to help. Think about people who have had surgery and cant lift over 10 lbs. I think this is something you have put in place so people can not take advantage of the sale prices. You are the only store that I know of that does this. Horrible.

Horrible customer service! I asked for assistance with a machine and the 3 people were just standing there talking. One said they will be right there to help. When I waited in the aisle for over 5 mins and no one came I went back up again they were still talking!! No one apologized for making me wait. Dont have a machine that has a big sign on it saying "Stop!! Wait for assistance" on it, if you dont actually want to assist your customers. I will be shopping Michaels only!!

Why would anyone shop at a place that puts profits before people? That victimizes women who need jobs and cant afford to be picky about who they work for? Especially since there is a fine Michaels hobby and craft store just a few yards down sharing the same parking lot, a company that provides insurance and benefits that arent dependent upon the whim or religious beliefs of the owners?

Employees were more involved talking to themselves then helping someone find something. Also, I wasnt interested in hearing a sermon from 2 employees on how "evil people are that dont follow the word of God". Be warned. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

I love this place!!! Im a quilter and its a hidden gem that I didnt know existed until a few years ago. The fabrics are AMAZING! And so is the quality and you cant beat the prices on the Kona fabric! Its also a crafter and decorators dream!
