All I truly wanted was to find some charcoal fixative spray. The store is quite large, so I asked the employee where I could find the fixative. After repeating the question several times, a long pause, and a judgmental look that felt like she thought I was completely stupid, she simply replied, "Um, you could just use unscented hairspray," in this rude tone. I didnt have any hairspray and I was in a rush to go and didnt want to make another trip to a store. So I just said thank you and walked away to find another employee who could tell me where the charcoal fixative was. I asked another woman who seemed to have no idea what it was, asking in her microphone where was the fixative. She then told me to use hairspray. At this point I was just frustrated, so I told her that I had no hairspray, implying that I just wanted to find some charcoal spray. She looked at me like I was strange and just said, "Then go to Walgreens..." I just wanted some charcoal fixative. Is that so hard? You would expect that it wouldnt be that hard to find some, its like not being able to find milk at Kroger. Needless to say, Im done with this store.

The boutique frame shop was closed in Fridays so I went by Michaels not really thinking I would use them for my family heirlooms. Long story short, I had one of the best customer experiences ever at any retailer. The entire framing staff was super friendly and Pam was so knowledgeable and I felt confident she would do the job right. I am amazed at the results. Its perfect and Im a picky person. Way beyond my expectations.

If i were the manager i would fire all the employees. I asked them a question about the alphabets i wanted to buy for my babys room they did not know what to answer they did not want to help. The cashier was a young blonde she was soooo rude. Worst store ever.

It was awfull!!! You can hardly find an employee there and if you do find one by chance they are so rude and non helpful at all!!! This is not the first time I experience bad customer service in that location particularly.. Not going to that store again......

They had some great deals going on and got Christmas decorations 50% off. I can find things I cant find at other craft stores (such as basswood for carving). The main downside is that, like walmart, they are bad about opening more lanes at the checkout.

Nice store with great staff, but doesnt really have a great selection. They always seem to have the exact same products and they never keep their microns in stock.

Great store to pick up items for your craft ideas. This is a nice location. The store is very clean inside. A lot of craft stores can be so junky.
