Hobby Lobby in Biloxi, continues to have gliches in the way that their sales assoicates are trained. My vists to this store compared to other Hobby Lobby Stores in the region, causes me much anxiety and stress. I have to watch my purchases very very closely doing check- out. I have too often been quoted wrong information about sales items, over charged, and met with some of the Sales Associates that are very customer- unfriendly when errors are brought to there attention. I have complained to the store managers and the corporate office of Hobby Lobby yet some of the same problems exist. For a customer that spends over $8,000.00 yearly at this particular store, I am at the point of taking my business elsewhere. Not worth the stress and anxiety.

this is a messed up store... came in spent $12.08 on crap...went home to find I already had it...returned to the store and dealt with the same manager and the same cashier as 30 mins before... Nothing was open or touched... They didnt give me a discount when I bought the stuff ...but tried to take 30 percent to 50 percent back off of the original price to keep for themselves... This store is the highest place to go for arts and crafts... they are way overpriced and then they try to screw over the people that bring them business... this will be the last time I go to this place!!!!

First time in this store and loved it. GREAT variety of things; arts, crafts, furniture, decor, birthday supplies. I loved the prices of boxes and baskets and yarns. Even at regular price was a good deal but got 50% off. Staff was nice and friendly. Will be going back !!
