Employees are friendly, but scarce if you need assistance. Selection is limited and whats there is frequently out of stock. The rewards program doesnt actually offer any rewards. They release coupons with updated "expiration" dates every weekend, so getting an email of "advanced notice" from the program is pointless. Prices are inflated so they can be constantly "on sale", which effectively means they never are. If they have what you need and you need it immediately, theyll do, otherwise use an online market for better prices (even if you pay shipping) and selection.

Great selection of stuff. The staff is very helpful and will definitely take their time helping you get what you came in for. Also, they always have deals! So, be sure to check their website before you pop in. Oh, and their free app is actually useful and doesnt spam you with a million push notifications for garbage.

Im addicted to Michaels. I get their e-mail coupons so I know about sales and extra percent off coupons. They have a huge collection of crafts from yarn, to paint, scrapbooking, to kids crafts. I always have a hard time not breaking the bank because they have so much fun stuff (thank goodness for coupons!).

Were in store at closing time. Manager very helpful to us and helped us find what we needed. The cashier however found us an inconvenience and was weird and rude. The manager listened when I dropped the cart off. Everyone is allowed to have a bad day, so I will go back. But it wouldve been a 5.

One stop shop for your hobby needs. I love how they have exactly what Im looking for, and items I didnt know. Great selection and you often see a nice selection of clearance items. At least this way, you can experiment with a hobby to see if you really like it without spending full price.

Great Service and a ton of options for your craft projects! Did you know they have isles and isles of party products? plates, cups, napkins and in every color imaginable! Dont forget to pull up your 30% and 40% coupons on your smart phone before you check out, they saved me $10!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by the service at the framing counter. While I did have to wait 15-20 minutes, a clerk stayed after closing time to work with me on a custom job without complaining, assuring me that I could take my time. Very competent and professional. Thank you!

They have a little bit of everything there. I cant say Im a big crafty person and I was even able to find worthwhile things there I.e. shadow boxes for work items. Knowledge staff and friendly as well.
