I used to LOVE this Hobby Lobby location and I have been there many, many times in my life. However, I went the other night, right at 8 oclock. and although I was unobservant and didnt notice their tiny, dark, almost completely hidden sign displaying their hours, I would have been fine with being turned away - if it werent for the way it was done. I about to walk in the doors to the actual store when an older female employee with gray hair and glasses walked out, almost hitting me with the door, and straight face said "Sorry were closed." I mean, this woman glared at me, and KEPT glaring at me until I backed up. I was SO thrown off by her rudeness that I thought surely this must be a joke and shell crack a smile any second! However, she locked the doors and kept glaring at me until I walked away! I was in so much shock that I had to look at my friend to see what she was doing because I was so thrown off. Hear me when I say, Hobby Lobby - I WILL NOT BE BACK.

I give this hobby lobby 2 stars, because you cant blame their poor customer service on the whole staff, the older employees seems to have the most attitude. I did a return with the receipt and the lady argued me up and down that the tag did not belong to that item. the front end manager agreed with her and refused the refund, it was only after I insisted that they go get the same item that they realized it was their mistake, no apology was given for calling me a liar and embarrassing me, just a refund and next person in line. And calling corp is a waste of time, they do nothing at all.

I love this store and what it stands for. I am glad theyre taking the profits from this and building the Museum of the Bible. I am glad that they take out huge ad at Easter and Christmas. The Green family is very influential. But on to the store, they have really aggressive sales. But it is so that you almost dont want to buy anything unless its 40 or 50% off. The staff has been there mostly for a while and I think they have really helpful people. I always seem to find something that Im looking for in five or six things I dont need but I suddenly want.

I visit this location often, however theres a cashier, Luanne, or Joanne....well Ann something is her name, Ive checked out with her on more than two occasions and noticed shes very rude and attitude is very nasty when African Americans check out, but will be nice and friendly to the Caucasian customers. Shes the only cashier in that store that acts that way. I avoid her checkout when I see her.

I like Hobby Lobby, but I want to talk about a manager whos name I cant remember. There was a homeless man selling $1 newspapers. SE rudely told him "you cant be here!" He started packing up to leave, and she threatened to call Bartlett police. Hobby Lobby is supposedly Christian, but cant treat people nicer than this? Not to mention how the CEO stole artifacts from overseas. "Christian"

Family friendly and will have almost everything, craft related, at your fingertips. During Christmas season, there are tons of discounts. 50% off all Christmas items. Specific frames and 50% off every two weeks plus they almost always have a 50% off any one regular priced item. AFFORDABLE and be prepared to stay a while.

My wifes favorite place to visit and just wander the aisles! The staff here are super friendly and they have everything for just about any craft or decorating project you could think of. Our most recent visit was to find a very particular frame size for a piece of art one of our sons made at school.

I absolutely love the decor items at Hobby Lobby. I never buy at regular price though as their prices are high for the quality of merchandise. Not that what they sell is cheap junk, but its no where close to high end. Lets just say you buy for the cute factor not the quality.

The Managment staff is super nice and super helpful. I was greeted the moment i came in and the assistant manager was so helpful in finding me exactly what i was looking for. He even showed me th discount isle. That means they truely care about their customers.
