Me and my wife brought a 2004 green Toyota Camry from Murray Motors the car can stay started without a key in it then 2 months later the starter went out and they charge me $500 to put in a 20-minute starter that was only $89 at AutoZone so anybody who go to them please watch them I wouldnt buy a car from them ever again and I invited everybody else not to there they are a rip-off they fix my car before they told me what was wrong with my car then they said it took 5 hours to put a starter on my car any mechanic in in America no it doesnt take 5 hours to put a starter on a car and they charge $95 an hour for that and the mechanic shop that is right next to it mechanic says they are not a part of Murray Motors so why would my car dealership give my car to a mechanic thats not a part of their ship when I called them to fix my car and then the mechanic had the nerve to tell me that they needed the money

The car I looked at was nice, but the sales staff was as crooked as a $3 bill. They offered half of my cars value for trade plus wanted an additional $1500 cash for the downpayment. One staff walked around with a tooth pick hanging out of his mouth while another kicked back with his feet on the desk eating a burger. There were 3 dogs running around the lobby and 2 of them jumped on my lap. They asked one price online then changed it while I was in there. I caught him and he changed it to the correct price only to change it back when I wasnt looking. To top it off, when I was out test driving the car, the sales person went through my car and found AND PHOTOCOPIED my registration! I wouldnt take a chance on anything from this dealership!

5 star for the dealership BUT the sales man Ryan is a complete ass! he is only in it for the money. was vary rude on the phone and told me "he doesnt deal with people on his day off" hes lucky hes the only sales man that works there right now or I would of requested someone else. he did not deserve to sell a truck. he told me he couldnt change the price on my Hummer but finally the new owner made me a deal and was super nice. it didnt come with a remote unlock so the owner ordered me one for free. as the salesman, Ryan got mad because there cars are "as is" haha! what a baby. this deal would NOT of happened if it wasnt for the owner. nuff said, Ryan sucks! thank you Murray motors for the beautiful Hummer. (:

If you want a crap car this is a place to get it. Right when we got it, it had oil leaks. They fixed it and a month later it started happening again. Had to have something with radiator fixed, air went out, they fixed it and its broke again. Now a month to finally have the pos paid off and it was up in smoke with all of the antifreeze on the ground. The car doesnt feel safe on interstate. They gave us a rental car when they were "fixing" the car and IT BROKE DOWN ALSO!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!! SHOULD NOT EVEN BE ONE STAR, NEEDS TO BE NO STARS!!

this was an awful experience.. I bought my car a while ago from Murray Motors and the car ended up being junk. I paid a lot of money for it. Then I pay it off and then the next week they still took out a payment now 3 weeks later I still havent got my money back.. Wow then my the OWNER I get called a liar and so on and so forth... Very awful customer service this is how incompetent they are.. They didnt even know when I got my title or if I did.. They are idiots I would never recommend that place to anyone they are awful people!

I got a great deal on a vehicle, was able to test drive it and was given a good discount. I was given a complimentary new battery and they took care of the license and registration. The vehicle was from 1999 and when I first got it needed two key twists to start. I got an oil change at Firestone and since then, the motor turns over with one key twist. I would recommend this car dealer to a friend because I got a good deal on a vehicle and was treated to good customer service!

knowlingly sold my kids a car that would crap out on them in less that 5 mths( they werent the only ones)...will be telling everyone not to go to this place..if I was any kind of business man I would want to stand behind my work..not be the devious person I am just to make a buck.
