I dont know what to say. I came in; not confident because I have bad credit, no money for down payment, previously had filed bankruptcy back in 2015. I work 56 hours and enrolled in school part time; I junked my 1993 Nissan Maxima because of a failed motor. Ive been needing to travel home to Wisconsin badly. I was alone, usually my dad would help me with car shopping but I was too desperate for a car. I had called to set up an appointment with Ryan, but I came in a day early and worked with Riley to test drive a 2017 Kia Rio and 2013 Hyundai Veloster. I took a few days to think, I came back, hoping to get the Veloster but someone ended up buying it. I then looked for the 2015 Chevy Cruze and someone also bought that too. Two cars of my choice, gone. I then found this cute CVT transmission 2016 Nissan Versa Note SV. I heard a lot about CVT transmission being very fuel efficient, which is what I need. The car was equipped with 109 HP, CVT, Small but big, and for a cheap price. The car was originally owned by a rental company and we know... rental companies are no joke on maintenance!! This time, I worked with Ryan and I took it out for a test drive. I ran my research on the vin number, it came back clean, no accidents. I didnt want to lose my 3rd choice of car so I took it. Annette worked with me on the financial part and yes!! Same deal! No need for down payment. Although the apr was high, I say, refinance later. Just get me the car. I bought this behind my parents back so, lets hope I did make the right decision. Lets see how long I can hide this car. Its a Nissan so Im hoping itll last as long as my 1993 Maxima. Lets see where this car takes me. I just needed a reliable car... lets hope it will be as it is claimed on edmunds and KBB. Thank you to Riley, Ryan and Annette! Pray that this car will stick around for a very long time! I think the only thing Im scared of is the winter, so again, we shall see. For now, I am rating 5/5. The moral is folks; their cars go fast. If you like it, get it. Dont be embarss if you have a budget; they dont judge you. Look at me! I work a lot and Im a student. They are very empathetic and listen to your needs. I went back to get my car detailed and inspected and found a Cadillac for 7k, now I want a 2nd car but no... deep breath and stick with the Versa for a bit longer :(

unfortunately I had a really bad experience with Tom, which sucks because I read the reviews hoping for the best. initially going in I had great faith that I would leave with a vehicle but two weeks later, sad to say I didnt. the first day I went in and was told I was almost guaranteed to get a $20,000 vehicle with little credit and a good down payment. Tom told me I was in a pending approval and he was waiting for his finance team to get back to him then he would call me. a week past and I heard nothing, I tried emailing, calling for two days straight and no answer, called his boss and he told me Tom had been at work all week and sitting at his desk. eventually that day I got a hold of Tom and he told me the bank wanted a co-signer (that little news made him avoid speaking with me). He told me he would look at some options more in my budget. three days later I didnt hear anything so I traveled to Plymouth (about 45 minutes from me) to face him face to face. He couldnt get me into something I preferred. so I left. He called me some time later and let me know he had a Nissan available for me with a good down payment but I DID NOT want that car. After asking me rude personal questions I told him I didnt want to do business with him. It really sucks because I loved that they were a Christian place and had great reviews but there communication sucked and Tom was very rude. funny thing is, a week later I got approved for the car I originally applied for with a different dealership. Im glad it didnt work out.

Best car buying experience so far ever! I tell everyone where I bought my Cadillac SRX. We had heard of this dealership from a friend and went to them first. We had checked their webpage for inventory of what we were looking for and had 3 in mind when we went it. Maurice was our salesperson and he asked if we had any preferences. While we told him some of them he wrote them down and when we told him that we had 3 choices he asked us for them. As we went through them we found that our top choice a 2010 Cadillac SRX Premium with only 68,000 miles on it rose to the top after eliminating the other two for various reasons. When we took it for a test drive it was one of the colder days of the year and we were glad for remote start. As we were backing out we noticed that the back-up camera was not working. Since it was on the list of available options he said they would fix it for free and they did. Normally I put my own license plates on but this time it was cold out and I did not want to do it. I brought it in there and that is when the installer and I noticed that there was no place for a front license plate. The installer called and got one sent over from somewhere and put it and I did not have to pay for it. Their service department is wonderful and I would recommend taking all your vehicles to them for service.

Five stars for our salesman Dale Johnson, he was absolutely fantastic. I hate dealing with most car salesmen and dread even walking into any type of car dealership. Dale isnt like most, hes there for you and gets personal about your life and his. Its like we made a new friend while purchasing a car. There were some good stories told. Id recommend anyone to Dale hes just great. I docked one star that has nothing to do with Dale but its the service or detailing department. I was told Id get my new vehicle cleaned (actual words were detailed) after my purchase. These guys had it done in about 20 minutes and they didnt clean the car very well at all. The rear view mirror didnt get cleaned nor did the inside of the back window. Whoever vacuumed it missed stuff all over. There was a stain in the back seat that they said they couldnt get out, when I got the car back home I got it out in literally 20 seconds with soap and water. It was obvious they only wanted to do the bare minimum and didnt pay any attention to detail at all. You could see the spots they missed on my dash etc... Back to Dale, hes the most wonderful car salesman Ive ever had the opportunity to deal with. Thank you Dale for all of your help.

My fiancé got a letter in the mail saying he was approved for X amount of dollars through capital one. We had been getting the run around from a different dealership for two weeks. I looked online at their selection of cars and fell in love with an almost new Ford Explorer! The car was 25,000 so we didnt hope for much with our credit. We called at 3:55pm and Steve W told us to come after we said we couldnt be there until 4:50, ten minutes prior to closing time, due to how far away we lived. We got there and I fell more in love with the car. We waited for about 2 hours while he tirelessly ran around helping us and others, doing everything he could to get us into this car. He came back to us and told us they had gotten us approved for the car! And capital one wasnt even the one who financed us! We have a new baby and needed a safe reliable vehicle for family, and we got one the same day we found this dealership. I was so impressed with everyones hard work for us, and they stayed late to help us! We will be going back when we need to upgrade our other vehicle in a few years. Thank you to Cornerstone and Steve W for helping our family!
