Im very unhappy with the service I have gotten. I was told the car I purchased was in great shape and that i shouldnt have any issues. Right away they were going to fix a part (that I had to pay for) and when I took it in the day they said to, I got there at 1pm and was told that the mechanic had left for the day. They had my number so it would have been nice to get a call instead of driving all the way to Ankeny for nothing. The worst part is now that ive had the car for a few weeks it is having more problems. The a/c no longer works, and one of my back doors doesnt open. If i would have had this problem when i test drove it i wouldnt have purchased the vehicle. I WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE.

Called this business in regards to a camper they posted online for sale. Informed them we had full amount of cash in hand, and would be traveling 4 hours to purchase the camper. I specifically asked them not to sell it out from under us, because we were driving so far. My husband gets within ten minutes and calls them for directions. They informed my husband that someone came in with a deposit for the camper....and now wont sell to us. We drove 4 hours, and spent 200 in gas, and took a day off work..... For nothing. I wouldnt trust this business with anything.

My van did not have any middle seats which we agreed mike would find us the right seats. Not only did mike put the wrong seats in (I cant use the stow n go feature for the middle seats) but the floorboard wont fit in there now and he says I have to buy a new one. Extremely dissatisfied will never do business there again. The very first thing he said to me was he wants us to have a good relationship and he wants us to keep coming there for business. Retail 101 give the customer what they need. All he cares about is the 6k for the van. Thats it.

I have purchased 4 vehicles so far from this dealership in the last 2 years and all the vehicles i have bought were what i except it to be. When you buy a used vehicle, you have to understand that some parts will be worn on it. its not a brand new vehicle by any means; however, the price and deal i got for all of them so far, has been by far excellent.

Very disappointed in the car we purchased from them. What a lemon. Found out later that it was a repo car. Have had nothing but issues from it and had to keep pushing to get the title from them as they had to order it. Definitely would take any car you are considering from them to a mechanic before you pay anything.

Outstanding performance by these guys! No doubt for real. I was approved within minutes and they also sealed the deal by ordering Jethros, invited my Dad and I back into the VIP area to have a bite to eat while everything was being processed!Thx guys!!!
