Excellent pricing but its the manner in which they stand behind what they sell that helps them to stand out from the rest. Along with that theyll save you money by informing you of whats just fluff versus what you need. For example, I went to three different stores gathering information for what I was about to purchase. Each store was attemping to see me on a feature that was little more than an advertising gimmick. After talking to these guys, I decided to research if what they were telling me was factual. Several sites confirmed that spending 200 or so extra for this feature was a total waste of money. Ill never shop for appliances anywhere else! These are the kind of guys that you root for to succeed.

I bought a used stove from Hometown Appliance last year and couldnt be happier. They gave me a great price not only on the stove, but on delivery and installation... but even more important than that.... they were just so NICE. I havent had a bit of trouble with the stove. It still looks and performs like a brand new stove. Unfortunately, my washing machine just broke down, but at least I know who to call to repair or replace it.

You can buy appliances anywhere but good luck finding quality customer service. The owner (Erik) & his staff are extremely knowledgable & supremely helpful with helping you decide what appliances are just right for your home/budget. Not only do they sell top shelf items but service your new/old stuff too. One stop shop with a local "hometown" customer service. Another quality business in St. John!

The people there are very nice and helpful. They definitely get you the best price available but you will have to wait over 2 weeks for the appliances to come in so give yourself plenty of time. The delivery men and installers are very nice and good at their jobs

Very friendly people, they dont push something that you dont need. We will go there again when an appliance needs replacing. They beat all the big box stores. We got the appliance in three days. It fits perfect!
