I went in looking for a ps4 controller charger greeted by two employees one was extremely nice and helpful which ended up helping me after the other one left, the other guy (I wish I knew names) was acceptionally rude cutting me off and continuing to tell me that I needed a new controller I come to game stop a lot this guy completely ruined it for me but the other guy Was very helpful

My experience with john was great he help me out with a situation I was having with another store when I came to him with my problem he was quick to get back to me with a answer his customer service was excellent and his willingness to get the job done really impressed me i wish more people in this world was like him thanks again John and God bless you keep up the great work

They do a great job at this location. I did have a "off the clock" employee sitting at the counter begging everyone for their limited edition steel case that he didnt order 1 time but good aside for that.
