This is the worst location I have dealt with. I have been to many Gamestop locations because I move a lot, but this one is total trash. I have encountered 3 different employees that have completely rude to me. Which I normally dont care about, but it has been when I am coming in with a problem that needs to be resolved. First, I had bought GTA V here for way more than what Amazon sells it for, but I wanted to play it same day. The copy I got didnt work, so no big deal I went to get it replaced about 15 minutes before they closed. Took it home and that copy didnt work, and the employee said it was probably my Xbox glitching or something. Which is impossible because every other game I have works perfectly. Took GTA back and finally got a working copy. Now, I traded in some games and I got the usual pocket change for them, which I knew would happen and I didnt care. But 2 of the game I traded didnt show up on the receipt and I didnt get paid for. So I took the receipt in and asked for my games, and they said they had threw them away. They took my games, gave nothing for them and had no record of taking them, but confessed to my face that they threw them in the trash. Stole from me, and threw them away without my consent. So what did they give me today for throwing away my games? $1. One dollar, and told me that was it and that I was wasting my time. I am done with this location, and probably Gamestop from now on. There are other game stores and Amazon has great customer service. Do not come to this location unless you want to get screwed over.

One of the managers at this location, "Jeremy," tried to scam me out of $62 dollars by claiming I couldnt return used games Id only had for four days. We all know GameStop policy is seven days on used games for any reason. He lied and said that because I had picked them up at the same time as returning something else, that the new transaction fell under the old ones return window. I called BS to his face and he asked another employee to look at my receipt and tell me that I couldnt return the games. The girl looked, then said "Why not? It says he bought them four days ago." He then took the receipt back and told me he wasnt going to let me return them, but would let me trade them in. I snatched my receipt out of his hand, went to the GameStop at the mall, and they did the return with no questions. I can only imagine how many times hes screwed less perceptive customers to make his sales numbers look better. Criminal.

I selected the option on the website to pick up an item at the store. I later received a confirmation email saying that my item was being held and that GameStop would hold it for up to 48 hours. I decided to call to speak with a representative to tell them Im coming in to pick it up (its an hour drive for me). "Jeremy" picked up the phone and proceeded to tell me that they dont have that item in stock. I ask to speak with his manager and he responds "Hi this is Jeremy" in a very condescending tone. I address this and inform him its very unprofessional to 1. sell an item that was on hold for me and 2. condescend to a customer. Extremely poor customer service. I will NOT be shopping at this location and I will certainly rethink if I ever use another GameStop again.

The little Asia dude with glasses is arrogant and rude. When you return items you just bought for not working he refuses to help you then berates the other employees when they do. On the phone he tells you you can prepay to have a game shipped from another store then tells at you and the employee that rang it up for doing it. He starts your order then leaves the store while you are still waiting. Save your time and temper and go to another one.

I called in advance,because I had back surgery less than a year ago,I wanted trade in my xbox 360 and games and I cant lift no more than 20 lbs because of permanent restrictions I couldnt bring the box in that had all of my stuff,so one of the staff members came outside to my truck and helped me out.........Deke and the staff there are absolutely awesome I will definitely be back to buy more games for my new Playstation 4 ...

This is my go to game stop I asked if they had game boy SP chargers which they dont carry since its a older system and Jeremy told me of a local place I could find it. Dont know why someone was whining about him. Seems like a nice guy. I manage to get the charger and game stop didnt even make money off it. So I was helped without getting charged for the info. As always thats where Ill buy my games

I called a head and asked for a cord and they said they had one. Brushed me off the phone like they didnt have time. I had someone go pick it up and they said they didnt have one. I called back and no one knew what I was talking about. Its sad that employees dont care about customers when thats their job.

Im a regular customer here because the staff is friendly and helpful. It has average GameStop prices and they usually have the game youre looking for, if not they can help find it. Good place to go for midnight releases.
