One Star is too high. I will wash my clothes with my own saliva and dry them with my hot breath before I do business with Best Buy. The poorest customer experience ever. I bought a washer and dryer, then I waited 10 days for it to arrive at the store. The delivery and installation date was scheduled for a Saturday morning. I received a call on the prior Tuesday that the washer and dryer had been delivered to the store, and was told I would receive a call on Friday to confirm the Saturday delivery. By late Friday afternoon, no call. I called the 800 no. on my receipt, pressed umpteen buttons to get nothing but a computer that transferred me to the wrong department. After 20 minutes, I finally get a real person who confirms that the delivery will be on Saturday morning between 9-11am. I plan my entire Saturday around this promise. At 11:20am, no delivery truck, no phone calls, nothing. I call the 800 no. again, after 20 minutes of punching 1s, 2s, 3s, I finally leave a message for them to call me back. When the incompetent person with no power to rectify any frustration calls me, he tells me there was a mixup, and someone should have called me earlier in the week to tell me that the washer was on backorder. After a couple of minutes of expressing my frustration and telling this person that I would be right down to the store for a refund, he mumbled a few words of attempted apology. I did receive a call from the appliance department manager who did inform me that the washer and dryer was actually at the store and there was a mixup with the delivery people. I will wash my clothes with my own saliva and dry them with my hot breath before I do business with Best Buy.

I had an issue with my purchase being a one day sale, and i needed to head to work. I asked my brother if he would go purchase it for me in the geek squad auto sales, and he was there by 5:40 (they closed at 6) he called me 10 min later after they went to the back and got my merchandise saying they wouldnt take the card b/c his name was not the same name! I spoke with the man and told him the name on the box and the work i was having done (which had MY NAME and my address) should be the same last name and address of my little brother! He tells me to call the store with the social for the card and birthdate (because it was a bestbuy credit card) and i did by the time they transfer me to him noone answers and i get sent back to the operator! It is now 6:07, i proceed to call my brother whom of which tells me they kicked him out and said they wanted to go home and he needed to leave!?!?! I then called the store and spoke with the store manager Mike. (he was very cordial and had great customer service skills!) He asked me to tell my brother to head back, and that he would take care of it. The item I wanted was a little over 100$ off with the warranty too! He sold them to him after calling and asking for my info, and I recieved the merchandise I wanted! Thank go for managers!

Top Notch Customer Service! My husband and I went into Best Buy on Mothers Day to buy the camera I had been wanting. It was listed online as a bundle price with a lens kit, bag and SD card along with the camera. The bundle pricing was no longer being offered, so the associates went above and beyond to assist us and create a bundle that was similar in pricing, still allowing us to get everything that we wanted with the camera. We also had a 10% off coupon that did not specify whether or not the coupon could be used on sale items or specific brand cameras. There looked to be no reason that we could not use the coupon, but it was not ringing up to give us 10% off of the total for the camera. The associates ended up manually keying in the discount and allowing us to use the coupon for the 10% off. I love shopping online, but this is an instance where it actually paid off to take a visit to the store. We are so glad that we stopped into Best Buy that day. We ended up getting a better camera and deal than we initially anticipated. Thank you to all who helped us at the Brentwood (Cool Springs) Best Buy!

Ordered a printer online for same day pick up. Email confirmation said i would get an email in less than 45 mins... It has been 2 hours and no email. I called an hour in and the best buy worker asked me if they had it in stock. Well sir, i would hope so since it let me purchase it as compared to the ink that said it was no in stock. Maybe you should look up in your computer system if it is there. He told me in would take 30 more minutes and its been about an hour with no email still. Currently calling back for the second time and have been on hold for 35 minutes. Update: Finally got a live person - the same guy from before and confirmed he saw it, and to come by. Get there, and one of the assistants had to still pull it from the back because for some reason they put it back. I will say Matt was very helpful (who i talked to on the phone), and even helped me once i got to the store to make sure i got my items. The store was VERY busy and all staff were doing something. Perhaps they need more employees to handle the high demands

Went in with $800 cash in my pocket... Browsing for a tablet and maybe more. But because I had a backpack, hadnt shaved, and perhaps didnt LOOK like I had money.... The salesmen followed me around the store and eyeballed me the entire time I was there. Every time I looked up there were 3 or more of them staring directly at me. Every isle I went down an employee would suddenly find a reason to hover around me and watch what I was doing. Made me VERY uncomfortable. Ill find another place to buy my tablet. Im not a shoplifter, and I dont appreciate being eyeballed and followed just because of my appearance. Further more there are security devices on every product of value and cameras,everywhere... Even a display on wall letting you know theyre filming you walking into the restroom... Youd have to be an idiot to even attempt to steal anything, and they are idiots for not trusting their own security and still following me around like I was gonna try something. I found it offensive. Ill never return.

Never again Sales associate were disrespectful, unprofessional, raciest, and discriminators. They ran us off the store and denied us the sales. They found the deal too good for us or something. The tablet was the first one on the display as you walked in the store. They looked up and for some reason they said this tablet is not in stock or anywhere in other store. They further added it is not even online. Basically, we are not selling this tablet to you. When we asked them question, they were disrespectful. They ridiculed our question. They insulted my parents over 70 years old. Almost called them stupide and ignorant. Sales associate gathered picking on the old folks want to buy a tablet! Each sales person made a comment and the rest laugh. It went on and on. May family felt like they were trapped in a humiliation camp. The message was clear how some foreigners have that much money to buy 3 tablets; why do not you go back where you from.
