Im waiting for "Tuesday" my wife and I dropped off our 2003 Lexus es300 to have some door speakers installed. This was our 2nd time using this place in 2 months. The first time we had a kicker box and amp we purchased from them installed with no issue. We were the first and only car there when we dropped are car off at 10:30 saturday morning. We asked what could we do to hear the kicker box better and the owner suggested we take out the old factory speaker so the music could flow through the space. It made sense to me so we paid an additional $65 to have it removed. We got a call after 2pm that our car was ready. Last time we came we were walked out to the car to show us the box, amp etc this time i was just handed the key after i paid. Anyway we live 2 minutes away in South Holland when we pull into the garage we noticed a very akwardly place dent on the car trunk. I say akward because it was apparent that it was not done by a car or nothing because it was no other damage done to the lights or nothing. When we dropped off the car the dent wasnt there we even had a tech outside with us when we brought the car in the morning to discuss how to make Tyne box sound better. Long story short we called and spoke to the owner and we brought the car right back. She let us see how she had cameras every where and said she would review the tape tuesday. Every one was unaware how this mystery dent got there. I have a large social network of over 155k people on Facebook (30 and up doing us) usually i vent my frustrations on there but i want to see if this place does the right thing and pay for the repair. I didnt file a police report that day because i want to see what the owner says tuesday. I took pictures and honestly it looks like someone hit the trunk with the same speaker they took out! It fits the dent perfectly and the speaker is magnetized so i think someone accidentally dropped it on the trunk. I took pictures and i also showed the owner how in the sun you can see two sets of finger prints by the dent as if someone tried to push it back into to place some how!! Wth!

People DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. This place has to go down as the ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. This place run by a lady named Donna is a COMPLETE RIP OFF! They will install after market equipment that will not work for long all to get you back in to be told its your fault and you have to pay more money. Please save yourself the trouble of having to deal with Donna who is very UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least. I have overheard this women VERBALLY ABUSING here workers as well as CUSTOMERS without any regret. Also, after coming back 3 times for issues with my sound system not working ALL TO BE TOLD EACH TIME I HAD TO PAY MORE TO GET IT FIXED. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! So finally I decided to take it somewhere that was highly recommended and the very first thing they asked was "who hooked up your sounds? Did you do it yourself? Lol no Im sorry Unitek in Lansing did it. He showed me that with the ohms that they were using my speakers were going to burst every time. Thanks Donna!Needless to say I had to pay them to redo Uniteks work and I have not had a problem sense. YOU WILL THANK ME FOR THE MONEY SAVED AND THE FRUSTRATION YOU WOULD HAVE HAD TO ENCOUNTERED BY DEALING WITH DONNA SHE IS A NIGHTMARE . Also contacted BBB to let them know of their practices

Management sucks!!!!! This lady will have you buying everything but what you need in your car.. very disrespectful in communicating selling over priced audio equipment.... I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR WITH THEM EVER!!!!!!

No returns, poor service an work ethic, their work on your car will be terrible break parts. no lifetime warranty thst doesnt happen because the person must pay 10% of what the price was orginally
