Store closes at the end of the month 05-31-17.All sales final, no returns, refunds or exchanges. Youre welcome to test products before you buy them even though all sales are final (no returns) . If youre unsure of what you need or its for something you left at home bring the item to test it or bring a picture. Bringing the item is preferred. There are signs posted on their walls to tell you the percentage/ price (before/after sale) of each item according to the section/wall theyre on. Absolutely no returns, refunds, or exchanges this is stressed multiple times by staff. If you buy something and want to return it or exchange it, it wont happen. All parts in drawer are $1 each baggy. Chargers (Android/iPhone, car/house, just cable) range from $3-$10. Headphones $4-$53.Portable chargers. $8-$10. Theyre also selling fixtures, computers, equipment (ladders, retail gondola, desks, parts drawers etc.) Prices are negotiable for fixtures, equipment etc..

I have never written a review in my entire life until right now. I felt so insulted from my experience that I have to. The guy who works at this location is the rudest and most nasty person. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT A RADIOSHACK EVER AGAIN. Never ever mock and make fun of your customers. This location is closing I asked a simple question "Whens your stores last day" (discount are usually cheaper when the last day approaches) and the worker mocked me and made me feel stupid. I now know why that location is going under. Never have I had such an experience shopping anywhere else. I will never go back to a Radioshack ever again.

I have no idea how this place was not one of the Radio Shacks that closed. Ive never walked by and seen a customer in there nor have I been in the store where I wasnt the only customer. They dont even have a very good selection - one time I was looking for a USB stick >16GB, not one in the store. Another time I wanted to buy AAAA batteries, instead of helping me find them they asked why I wanted them - it was for a tablet stylus - then they tried to convince thats not what I really wanted - it was a bizarre experience, I had to convince them to help me find what I wanted and let me buy it

These guys are great. Really - Ive been to quite a few "The Shacks" in my day, and the customer service at this specific location is far and above what I come to expect from even the best retailers out there. Genuinely nice people who have remembered my name (even the employees I havent met - somehow he knew me just from a reference to a purchase!) I have to pass 4 other radio shacks to get to this one, but the trip is well worth it. Makes me even sorta not care about sales taxs of buying something there vs. online. Cant recommend enough.

Great service, Very knowledgeable crew of people. Alexis was the kindest sales associate and very patient with me. I know nothing of these smartphones and she showed me her phone and the cool applications I could have. I ended up buying a cool phone that I am very happy with. They have my repeat business. Solid store!!
