I normally dont write reviews or give feedback, but must give credit when due. Can’t say enough about Bob and his team at All-Guard. Bob is a guy that really pours his heart and soul in to this mom and pop auto business. Working 12-16 hour days, Bob has been in the store every time I came in for service. He has always took the time to personally explain exactly what they did to our vehicles, how it works and make sure we were satisfied. These guys really do care about there customers and work hard to get stuff right. I have taken 5 of our vehicles to him and every time I’ve experience great service. He stands behind his products and installation. I did have one radio malfunction and without question Bob replaced it with a brand new unit the same day. I tell friends and family that this is the only place to go for sound systems and remote starters, period! Bob and his guys make stuff work. Bob has always been upfront and honest with me. If he thinks that a particular product your interested isn’t right or recommend for your vehicle, he will tell you straight up. Everything weve had done by them has always been exceptional and flawless work. Our cars were always returned clean and in order, couldn’t even tell anyone had even been the car. I cant say enough about Bob and the guys at All-Guard. Im a happy, repeat customer because of their great service. I had my window tints installed there as well as a remote start/alarm system. Professional isnt strong enough a word to describe them! They installed my tints/alarm quickly, professionally, to the point where they look like they came with the car. When I had a problem with the remote transmitter for my alarm (a manufacturer defect not their fault at all!) they replaced the transmitter free of charge, no questions asked! HIGHLY recommend! I will be going back for any other aftermarket auto product I need.

In short, very good and professional service. I had a shock sensor installed on my 2013 Chevy Sonic and it works very well. Before, the cars alarm would only trigger when a door was opened (GM factory alarm). Now the alarm goes off on impact. When I was there, the owner made sure to know what I exactly wanted. Once I left, I looked how it was installed and it looked very good. The wiring was done in a very clean way and professional. Unless GM starts installing shock sensors on new vehicles, this is not the last time they will be seeing me.

My experience with this place was absolutely terrible. I know most of their reviews have been positive. But my experience was terrible. A young man named Al was appointed to my vehicle. I had to continually call and call. Most of the time I still would not get in contact with him. He took a whole week just to give me an estimate.Im taking my money elsewhere. You should not have to beg a business to take your money. Almost $3000.

I had a fantastic experience from All-Guard. Had my Chrysler 300 tinted 35% all around. High quality material and high quality customer service! I had them done about 7 months ago and Bob was nice enough to take me to work after I brought my car in early am which was in blue island about 10 min drive from the shop. I recommend my friends, family, and even my own customers ( I work in the auto industry). Awesome place!

When I called there, I was at my wits end with my sons aftermarket car alarm that was acting wonky. I initially spoke to Bob n he was very courteous n professional. I have been hosed by many many car guys n i was hesitant to put my trust in anyone. How relieved i was to find out these guys r the real deal. When I got my car back on 4/2004 I went to All-Guard to get my alarm, they were professional and explained everything with patience. My alarm still works great and I have only had to go there 2 - 3 times over the years for battery for the remote. Thanks for a great job guys

Ive gotten both of my auto starts here n never had any problems n if you buy another car ,theyll remove your auto start for free ,youll still have to pay to have it installed, any problems with any of their installations theyll take care of it
