A couple of days ago I forgot my verizon wireless samsung juke box charger at a hotel and found out sadly that housekeeping couldnt locate it for me. I was really panicking because I looked at best buy, Walmart and online and I truly could not find a replacement charger. I would have had to wait at least two days for delivers from places like Amazon but a sale representative suggested I try Radio Shack and I am so glad I found all the parts I needed for a home made charger that I deeply appreciate! I walked in here this early afternoon praying and hoping to find some parts so I could have a usable charger for my retro, vintage Jukebox phone and I was going to give up hope because I realized most people have I phones now and USB chargers are much different. Joshua saved my life today because he patiently went through all the available merchandise in the store trying to find the right fit for my juke box phone and I had to pay for three different types of parts and packaging but it was well worth it because now my home made charger is compact, sleek and very efficient and keeping my two retro juke box phones fully charged. I need my phones for work 24/7 and if it had not been for Joshuas patience and diligent concern I would not have had two working phones today. Thank you so much for helping me and for being stubborn about not wishing to give up. I am deeply grateful for the great service I received today from this location! I also love the organized and clean lines of this location. Great job Radio Shack you saved my life!!!

I bought my blackberry with at@t service from this store for $69.99. Same blackberry costs 249.99 at at@t corporate store. The staff was knowledgeable and professional.
