I shop here on occasion. Never had any major problems. Ive also had computer repair work done by the EasyTech and their computer service is best Ive had. I hated geeksquad. Kevin Rivera, OnSite Technician, Resident Technician (according to business card) is great. Hes very knowledgeable about everything computers. Only problem is he seems to be the only one who knows what hes doing. If hes out of the building or has day off, you can forget about anything getting fixed or answered about computers. They seem to give u the run around and speak for Kevin when hes not even there. Management should hire more help. I would call ahead and speak to and only deal with Kevin, definitely worth it if you want the best repair service done.
DO NOT BUY INK HERE! Their return policy is completely unfair. No regard for customer service! They sold me dry ink catridges that run about $100 a set. When I got home to try them the color cartridges wouldnt produce the right colors because they were sold dry! According to their manager, the policy is that they cant return ink if its opened. How could I know if the product worked if I didnt open it? All the manager said was call the manufacturer. They will give you money back! I gave my money to staples, so how does that solve my problem? I still have dry cartridges. Who cares about the needs of the customer. They already paid. This is bad business! NEVER BUYING FROM STAPLES AGAIN!
As a small business owner, I rely on a lot of help for service and marketing. Staples is my go-to for all my small business needs. The rewards program is very generous and the staff is always helpful. Its a big-box store, but all the employees know me by name and that makes it feel like Im getting the individual attention my business needs. Plus, everyone at the copy and print center always bends over backward to accommodate me. They treat everyone like their most important customer, regardless of how much you spend. I highly recommend all of their services.

The customer device at this store SUCKS! The manager "Jeanne" is not knowledgable of Staples return policy and was very rude. I came in to return a broken Staples brand stapler and was rudely told to call the # on the box. However, when I was choosing staplers another cs rep persuaded me to get the Staples brand one before if anything happened to it I could bring it back per their return/exchange policy.
Just shopped for my childrens school supplies and the staff there was very helpful and knowledgeable about what they are out of stock of. The sales associate Michael was very kind and helpful to the questions pertaining to the sale. Might I add he was speedy with the checkout. Will always shop there for my supply needs!

Since the new manager took over, he has only been hiring mexicans. Talk about horrible HR. One employee even told me there he disagreed with the hiring decisions. Robert in the copy center was the only person who truly cared and he doesnt even work there any more. What a shame. Never going to staples again

Customer service here is horrid, or better yet non existent. Associates are close to invisible. Never asked if we needed help. Noone dares to come to the rear of the store. However, after I actually found someone, they solved my questions and concerns. Never received an apology for the wait.
Have been here 3 times in the last 2 weeks. I printed a poster for my wedding, then had to come pick it up, then return something i bought on previous encounter. All 3 times, service was absolutely horrible and lines were very long. Will go elsewhere.
Check your receipt! Two items we bought tonight we were over charged for. Also, we had a mysterious folder appear in our bag and they charged us for that too. Nobody on the floor was able to help us. Overall a very bad experience. So disappointed!
Store has everything I need. Like the layout of this store. Aisles are roomy enough. Right now store is running a sale and the things I needed were discounted. Associates need to be on floor a bit more when somebody needs help.
Both uses of print services failed. One they sent me an email stating the work was done but it wasnt even started. Called Customer service, they were ruder. NEVER GOING TO WALK IN A STAPLES AGAIN.
Terrible. If they arent pestering you every 45 seconds, they are making you wait like cattle to get checked out by the worlds slowest point of sale system.
I will never go back to Staples again it took them 3 days they still didnt get my order right I paid for the cards throw them away and went to OfficeMax
Typical Staples store. Staff can be hit or miss in terms of helping. I have had more positive experiences than negative ones here.
They were helpful and had no problem refunding the school supplies that I bought last week for this week sale price
Employees are no help at all. They dont even greet and say hello. Great back to school sales.
