Returned one defective Windows 8.1 os tablet after having paid $ for their ins. It was replaced with a Windows 10 os model. Was told I was stuck with horrible 10. I paid for 8.1! Online support solution is, "if you know someone that has a device thats running Windows 8.1 and create a system image. Once the system image is created you can use that system image to revert your own device to Windows 8.1." First thats illegal and second, who in their right mind is going to let someone access and copy their system? Thanks, MS. Oh, and it wont charge when turned on - check their own forums for the lack of solutions to this massive issue. Have filed a fraud complaint with the FTC. Too many other problems to list. You cant even get the store to pick up their phone or the online system to accept your serial #, so you have to travel to the store and deal in person with dishonest reps for a really bad product. Hello Apple?

I attempted to try out the surface pro, and a staff member came in and kept trying to take hold of it to show everything that the tools can do even though I already told him I dont need him too, yet he continued and wouldnt leave. Also watched a few different children being told that they need a parent to use the products up the stairs, but at least the two workers by the new surface pro 4 were kind, helpful, and not annoying in any way.

Im not a fan of every Microsoft product, but this team is on top of everything and they will go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy. Theyre very friendly, knowledgable and most importantly, honest. I bought the Microsoft Band and had numerous issues with it, but every time I got there, things were taken care of without any complications, including replacing the $250 watch without any hassle.

Do not make your purchase here, staff are not professional at all, I bought my laptop here and I spent really hard time to get it repaired. They did not even register my purchase in the system. Staff here are not responsible. Im really disappointed about this store. Besides, do not buy Dell laptops there, this store is not Dell direct store, which means you are not eligible for Dell return policy.

I drove down to this store to return a laptop that I had purchased online from the Microsoft. Efraim, Lee, and Jason couldnt get their return system working. They couldnt seem to care less that I couldnt return the laptop and had made the trip for nothing. Out the cost of parking too. Completely inept and rude.

Ive stopped by a few times to look at their products and purchase a few items and family members have stopped by to ask various questions and get some tech support, we have all been happy with the interactions at the store. Helpful staff, good offerings for such a small venue, good demos, and a great location.

The service was terrible, the staff here knows nothing about software updates and they can care less for your questions, Ive had an amazing experience before in Arizona at the Microsoft store in Scottsdale and I was so surprised to experience such poor customer service in this location. Total waste of time.

The rude employee in charge of demoing the VR software was visibly annoyed that we asked to try it.. and asks "well.. are you in the market to buy it?" Not from you anymore! And when I try to ask him about the rest of the set up and its cost he goes "we dont sell the computer." Bad experience.

My surface had screen problems and battery wouldnt hold much charge and i took it there while in warranty. The people there were very nice and they exchanged it for me. i was very happy. the wait was under 20 mins. Thank you for helping me,guys.
