Very AGGRAVATING. My family has had three Viper starters installed by this shop. The first two are working fine and were completed on time and for their quoted price. The third Viper car starter incorrectly had the temperature gauge installed and has not been repaired. I was going to use them for a 4th starter as a present for my girlfriend. They needed a week to get the system in stock which was fine since it was around Christmas. I was quoted a price by both Daniel (who was helpful) and the manager who speaks broken english for $450 for her model car separately. Their quote was 100 over the previous but agreed upon since she needed a bypass module. When the part came in, I scheduled to get it put in her car with Daniel. When I was on my way to the shop for the install, the older manager with the poor english called to tell me that he would not do it for $450. I was quoted at $450 by two people. One of those people was himself. Daniel was nice and helpful and would like to do business with him in the future, but will never use their shop again due to their deceptive, and time wasting business practices. Use this shop with caution and definitely dont work with the older manager who speaks poor english. He does not stand by or honor his price quotes.

RIP OFFS!!! They put in my remote start so when my xm radio started acting up I asked them if they could look at it and tell me what was wrong. I had to pay them up front $40.00 which I wasnt too happy about but was told they would definitively tell me what was wrong and I could take that $40.00 to use towards repairing the unit. After over an hour in the shop they told me definitively it was the unit receiver. Not the wiring or the antenna. Then they offered me some device for over $100.00 they said would make it work. I ordered a new receiver and dock which did nothing to fix the problem. I went back to them and they back peddled saying they only said it might be the unit. Really? For $40.00 I could have guessed that too! I paid to know - not guess - what the problem was. So far no refund. Not happy having paid out good money for NO SERVICE! Will never use or recommend them again! Rip offs!!!

Terrible place to get work done owner very unprofessional Went to get a install done started off at 1300 ended up loosing out on all the money I spent on my system and the install. Blew out two sets of 15s as well as two amps owner did nothing to help fix the problem they had my car for over a month and its still not right the installer helped with getting more subs but its nothing like the equipment I started out with just completely dissatisfied with the whole system and the business theyll never have to worry about me ever spending money with them again. I do not recommend anyone going there I repeat I do not recommend anyone going there for any big jobs I wish I would have went else where.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Purchased and had a remote start installed on my vehicle here end of 2015. Owner told me that all his products and services are covered for 1 year. 7 months later remote starter is not working and now causes electrical system failure in my vehicle. Took back to the shop and owner tells me that he didnt install it and wont fix it. Handwritten receipt from owner states that the remote was purchased at his shop but he didnt write that it was installed there... so I bought it there and took it somewhere else for installation? Is that REALLY what you think? Or do you just not stand by your work?

Exceptional service and more importantly the attentiveness to my needs is what will bring me back here for any car electronics. Mike, one of the co-owners, is a passionate soul and knows his stuff. I needed to install a new navigation system in my wifes car after it was broken into and the old system ripped out. I brought a system I bought on the internet and they had no problem installing it. I was preparing for them to simply say "no" but they were very accommodating. Mike had to create a bracket to support the new system since the original factory bracket was taken with the old system. Thank You for that, Mike.

Ask for Daniel and youll be in good hands, he runs the place and knows his stuff. Remote start, car stereo, alarms, mobile video, these guys do an awesome job. I saw a SICK custom Impala in the install area when I was waiting for my ride and I was blown away by the custom speaker box they did in that ride. Wow.

I went to them as a last minute option, in the end I was satisfied with the new stereo I have in my toyota & plus they even gave me a estimate to other electronics I was looking for & will becoming back to them for the other installs

Had my tint done here for my 13 civic si. my rear windshield tint was peeling. 1 star off from that i was offered lifetime warranty but didnt go back. already traded my car in. charged me 180, tipped him 20. 200 total
