I drive from Skokie to the Ishakk all the time to get my computers serviced and it is well worth it! Sargon knows everything about everything when it comes to electronics. The reason I love the Ishakk is because they have great prices and a very knowledgable staff that knows how to fix any tech problem. The Ishakk even set up my security cameras for my business. Highly recommended A++!!

I went to The I-Shakk twice so far and I am so appreciative of everything they did for me. They showed attention, knowledge and quality. The last time they replaced a hard drive for All in One computer for only $165 when the other stores where quoting me $500+. My computer turns on in 4 seconds! AMAZING

Im so happy to have brought my laptop here. The man in charge was so polite. I brought in a cracked screen that needed replacement and I was able to get my laptop a week after. Im sure I would have gotten it sooner if the part I wanted was available. Im super pleased with this service.

very bad , they DO NOT open on time , they said they will be open at 1 pm and i was there at 12:45 till 1:30pm waiting for them to open and no one was there and they are using a Fake phone number for their shop magic jack
