The sales staff are pleasant and professional. However, when I had a minor problem with a project done by Copy Center, the Store Manager handled the problem in the worst possible way. She wouldnt do the redo for free, would not give a refund, and later insulted me by giving me a $5 dollar coupon indirectly saying "take it or leave it". Who is she kidding? I paid $48 for this color printing job. Why would I take a $5 coupon for that? I wanted a full refund or a free redo. It was a simple 24 x 18 color print, laminated and mounted on foam board. The lamination started to peel off right away. I recommend that you take it to Kinkos for better job. They only charge $39.00 and will do a better job (done in graphics department) and the managers are much more professional. The worst manager ever! Im definately writing a letter to the corporate office.

Ive been coming to this store for years and I will continue to choose it over any office supply store (even other Staples stores). The staff is friendly and helpful and Eddy is the best technical man Ive known. Do yourself a favor...if you live near this store try it!

Unfriendly staff, I was looking in the store for chargers and an old lady ( probably the manager ) kept on nagging us to buy some thing or get out of the store. Why just because were teenagers we can look in a store
