If you work at a non profit, you must have a PRINTED copy of your sales exempt certificate so they can fax it to their overlords- so I was rudely informed the first time I tried to check out. Who on earth still faxes anything? I asked if I could email the certificate to someone at the store so they could print it. I was told I could go over to the Print/Copy center and pay to print it. Fine. I go over there, explain what I need and am told to wait a few minutes while the associate moves at the speed of molasses helping someone else. After waiting for several minutes, she tells me all of her printers are down anyhow. Ill go spend like $200 on supplies elsewhere then.

I called to ask a few questions about a presentation I was uploading to have printed and Shannon from Copy and Print was extremely helpful. Not only was she helpful, she was also extremely friendly and seemed to really enjoy her job. Great service and product!
