This company is a sham. The techs(???) have no clue to what made my desktop inoperable. First, I was informed that it was my motherboard(that it would take a week to ten days for the required match to my system). There was never any type of communication between me or them. When I needed a question answered or wished to know the status of my desktop I had to return( the count of times was five---this in a span of three weeks) myself to seek information. When I was told that my unit would be ready after the three week wait, I arrived to be told that my hard drive was at fault ( in conjunction of the motherboard). After asking how long this would be, again, informed three additional days. I agreed but told them that the day they said my unit was to be ready I could not linger longer than noon to make my previously made appointment. I arrive on the designated day at ten oclock in the morning to find that my unit was not ready as promised. In fact, I was told that the hard drive would not fit(wrong size that was shipped from their other location). I informed them that they could try to remedy the situation but I had to leave promptly by noon. When noon arrived, I demanded to know what was the problem( received no legitimate reply...but told the tech wanted to continue working). By this time (after the three week wait of runaround and their lack of expertise) I demanded, again, to remove all their new parts, to put the unit back to previous condition(broken) and allow me to leave. All members of the crew there(of which there were three) ignored me. With noon slipping away and my chance of making my appointment shrinking, I, for the third time, demanded my unit be given to me. Half hour later, I received my original desktop as it was brought in and left , thinking why did I allow these incompetent people to even touch my desktop. To end this comment, I found another computer repair place who told me it was nothing but a minor glitch in my unit( instead of a motherboard and hard drive as G7 told me). The repair to full serviceability to my desktop took only two days( one -diagnostics, two-repair). The fee that G7 wanted was one hundred and twenty dollars( compared to ninety at the other place), the tech at the other place was very professional, very amicable and far more versed in computer electronics than G7. If I could go lower than one star I would since G7 is below minus five or worse in every aspect of their business knowledge and customer service.

Friendly staff and seemed confident in their services. I brought in an ancient (okay, 11 year-old laptop with Windows Vista still installed on it...) after an update I ran the night before tripped up my entire computer. After my Google searches and YouTube videos didnt help me solve my issue, I caved and took my laptop to G7 since its near where I live and highly rated on Google. They called me with updates on the process, and long story short, my laptop is now running Windows 7 (which I was already familiar with as well as other operating systems) and running better than ever. Thanks! I also plan on bringing in my bent yet functional iPad 2 for them to look over in the future (it was squished by my St Bernard a few years ago, if you can believe it!).

I called a couple other places prior to this to have them actually recommend this store. I had a crack in the back of the phone which I had no idea how that happened. I came in and met with Marvin as I talked with him earlier and showed him my phone. He was able to find a replacement online and put an order in right away upon my agreement to have it purchased. He said he would let me know when it arrives so that I could bring my phone in then for the repair. It happened as he said and it was fixed within 30 minutes like brand new! It was amazing. The price was reasonable and the service was fantastic. I would certainly recommend.

Recently my Xbox finally got the "red ring of death" after years of use. I was already way out of warranty with Microsoft and wasnt looking forward to forking over $100+ dollars to fix as well as send out and have to wait who knows how long. As I was looking over craigslist to see if anyone would be willing to buy it from me as is for parts I happened to come across an ad for this place. Conveniently located not far from me I ended up going there and everything was on point. EXTREMELY fast service as well as an AWESOME price that couldnt be beat! I know now where to go for my electronic fix needs! Thanks G7!

This play is the best, and I mean the best, place to go for any cell phone needs. They fix phones, they sell phones, they sell screen protectors, iPads, tablets, and all types of things electronic. But beyond that they have the best customer service I have ever encountered when it comes to working with a cell phone. Usually its an upset employee just wanting to get you in and out. These guys talk to you find out the issue and really want to help you. Not to mention their prices are unbeatable. I have never been so satisfied with a cell phone store.

I had cracked the screen on my T-mobile HTC G2. Although I had insurance on it T-mobile was trying to charge me an arm and a leg to replace my phone with a phone I didnt even like because they didnt make my phone anymore. I wasnt looking for a new phone I was looking for a simple repair. Long story short I stumbled on this place and the guy was very nice and an said he could fix my phone! He saved me at least 90% and my phone was back like new! I highly recommend this place for all your broken electronic needs lol! It was truly a blessing

So I gave them a notebook to fix, because I could not install the operating system for a season, they asked for $100 deposit, they installed the system and it stopped again to work after a day, I explained them that I know how to install the system and I cannot diagnose which hardware component causes it, they could not fixed it because it was unknown port and they did not return the $100 deposit, If I would know they will confiscate the deposit if they would not fix the computer then I would not agree to this deal.

My laptop stopped functioning because the cool fan was no longer working. I brought it to them and they called me letting me their plan and cost and I agreed. They fixed it and even and even added some special features to it. I wouldve given them 5 stars but they took some time. I think they had my laptop for 2 months. Luckily, I was out of town for most of that time so didnt bother me. They even gave me a discount and they are nice people. Will definitely go to them again and recommend them to others

Wow the little short guy should work on his customer service.. Called Friday said they were busy and to bring it Monday and could do it while I wait... I get there, not only did they say a day, but not even the same day. On a 15m job that I took to another store. Dont tell people 1 thing and do another. I would have just gone somewhere else instead of waiting. Also he said he doesnt care about bad reviews and removes them!
