My family and myself have never experience Such poor customer service in a long time Most of the employees there were helpful but there is a team lead by the name of Jonathan who was very unhelpful and unprofessional. Once again if they continue to have these kind of employees work for their company theyre not going to succeed were thinking about switching to android because going to the Apple Store is Hell on earth Jonathan Lie to us and told us he was a manager so while thinking hes a manager were thinking that hes able to help us unfortunately hes not a manager thats why he was unable to help us and was very upset at the things that we explain to him so to the owners of the Apple Store to continue on you guys must not hire people like Jonathan again by the way I am going to be switching to android I cannot deal with Apple any longer.. I didnt want to play the race card but I think Im going to have to do that in a situation in any African-American or any other race that has Apple Im thinking you guys should switch to android All they want is money even if youre black and youre spending money they dont even want your money they want. They would rather help the Chinese the Indians and their own color How smart is that Good luck Apple

Purchased an iPhone with a defected screen, brought it back the day after the purchase to this exact store to have it replaced, they popped it back in (the screen was popping out) and told me I could come back whenever I would like to have my screen replaced because it was around closing hour already (the screen was making a pop noise whenever u click it). I come back today, after a long time period because I didnt find the time to bring it in earlier. I was treated disrespectfully by the people at the front of the store (what happened to "customer is always right"?) I waited for 2.5 hours for my turn at the genius bar, they took my phone to the back. The person came back and told me that I dropped the phone which is why they wont replace my screen. Yes, that may have happened but I brought my phone to the store a day after my purchase and they said that it is defected. How is it my fault that they didnt put me in the system? Terrible service, very disappointed. Im strongly considering never purchasing another apple product again after this experience.

I had a small white line on top of my screen of my iPhone 6s so I went in this morning to this Apple Store to get it fixed. I know this is a very busy location so I got there a half hour before opening to wait. 15 mins before store was to open, employees came out to check those of us who had been waiting in. I thought that was wonderfully efficient. I was taken right away and the associate who helped me was pleasant and very helpful. They did not have the replacement screens in stock so they had to replace my phone. Which was no big deal since they helped me with transferring all of my info from my old phone onto the replacement phone. I have never had to get assistance like this in the past with my iPhones so it was very nice to see how helpful they were in getting my issue resolved. I had a very pleasant experience. They cannot control how busy that location is, but it was clear that they take many steps to alleviate the wait for people. If I have any issues in the future I definitely will go there again for assistance.

This was my first visit to an Apple Store since Ive became an Apple customer in 2008. The entire process is very unorganized and one of the least helpful experiences Ive ever had. I schedule an appointment time online beforehand only to be told when I got there at my scheduled time that I choose the wrong appointment option. I quickly pulled up the site to show the manager Jackie what I seen through safari when booking an appointment to which she stated that she was very sorry and Safari doesnt load the website correctly and I should download an app to make appointments. I was then told that Id be seen within an hour. Two hours later, I went up to another employee who stated that I was never even checked in. After seeing a technician, he wasnt as concerned about fixing my phone as he was about buying or upgrading to a new one. This experience has made it clear to me that Apple does not care about their existing clients, only their new ones. I will be switching to a company that does.

The associates work hard and do well as I see. THE STORE IS TOO SMALL! WE ALL FEEL CRAMPED AND DISRESPECTED BT APPLE!!! WE are shoulder to shoulder like an Ol K-Mart Big Bag Bale Sale!! Cmon APPLE, Mercy, ...we bring you $$$, and I still go out of my way (when I can, and use more gas) to go to another Apple Store where the people are treated well, by the ambiance, climate, feng-shui, and A PLACE TO SIT!!! The staff in Orland are good, yet they have to deal with below standard snack shop size-feel box, theyve been placed in. Apple? Do you read these reviews???? Thank-you, and spacial thanks to the Staff in Orland who do their best in tThE lil Box! hell....p....us oh and the Iph 7 with only apple earphone!?... omg.. stop me......

i set up walk in appointment and they estimated 1 hour wait but after couple hour didnt get any text went back there and told me to wait by Genius Bar waited 20more minutes no help from anyone asked again and finally they text me to wait 40minutes so I waited 3 hours for nothing and I ended up leaving and not arrangement for the proper line or no one knows that whos turn and they dont bother ask you. need more training for those workers. its always crowed most from their employees. And they always go in back and takes half hour to come back

The tech guy said that the antenas inside the phone are damaged due to the phone being bent . I didint know the phone could be bent!! Its not my fault this phone is poorly made . I bought their iphones every time they came up with a new one . I was going to buy the wireless beats , but now its pointless . I dislike Apple and I will never , NEVER , ever , buy any of their products . Not to think about how much money Ive wasted on phone cases !!! Im not paying $299 for a new phone! They should just give me a new phone

I forget who helped me, but I had an appointment with my broken phone from factory, never brought it in because of the distance I would have to travel. After a few months, I accidentally broke my screen! I still had to pay for my broken screen before even getting a "free" replacement, but heck, at least if wasnt over $300! He was a really cool dude and fast! I got into my appointment like 20 minutes early and got him in 4 minutes. This was great!! Thanks guys! ;)

I switched to an iPhone today, Ive always been an android user. Though it was crazy busy because it was Black Friday, the associates were never rushed or overwhelmed, and made me feel at home while I waited for my phone to be switched over. I highly recommend Patrick, Jamie, Jackie, and both Jens. They were very helpful and knowledgeable! Im very happy with my phone and the help I received today, and it was so nice to leave feeling comfortable with the big switch!
