Has 2 be 1 of da best places to get your sounds hooked up at around the Chicago land area. I took my Tahoe here to get my sounds hooked up.. I have 2 12in kicker and a kicker zxs 1500.1 amp.. they hooked it all up cum to find out the amp I order was fried.. I then talk to Sam ( sales associate) about what 2 do next.. He then went above and beyond and contacted kicker about the faulty amp I received and got them to send me an even better amp. A kicker kx1600.1. He didnt have to do that at all but he seen how disappointed I was and definitely turned my frown Around due to getting me an even better amp. Im telling u you will be satisfied by what they can offer u there at soundbytes. Just talk to Sal hes the man over there no doubt hell take care of you.....all day a five star place for car audio

Took my daughters car in for new remote start/alarm, explained the situation that she has moved away to Cali and we will be driving her car to her, we want her to be safe and not worry about her alarm not working since her car was equipped with a generic one and the alarm didnt work half the time. They selected the best alarm system for her to keep her and us worry free and gave me an excellent deal. Weve been getting our remote starters/alarms with them since forever; never have had a problem and our cars are very old now and both remote starts / alarms still work very well! Excellent facility, professional & trustworthy technicians...

Sal and Luis were amazing with the customer service. I had my old faulty double din radio replaced with a new radio and they did a stupendous job. That price was very fair and was worth the time saved. Sal did a good job explaining as the project went on with updates. They promised the job would take an hour and from start to finish was complete in 35 minutes! Definitely will be coming back here for other car projects! I took time to write longer review because I feel Sal and Luis deserved it and work to get returning clients.

I had a system installed there and to my suprise they were very knowledgeable and experienced! They told me what I need and didnt need instead of trying to get more $$$ out of me! The job was done in a short amount of time, very quick and thorough and I was left in amazement as to how fast I was out of there! These guys and this shop deserves my thanks!!

Why dont they have 6 stars those guys deserve it. Did an outstanding job on my semi truck cant stop blasting it. Got to say Alpine: kinda pricey, but hey you get what you pay for and it was worth it. They will recommend you the best options for you and they will do it fast. Cant go wrong with SoundBytes

This place is very expensive I came in with My radio for them to install in my Nissan MAXIMA and they charged me $150.... I mean I brought the radio with me and it feels like they charged me for it! I checked around afterwards everyone else says the most they should have charged was $100!

They did the Tint on my rsx a few years back... One window was installed incorrectly.. After a few min of arguments, they fixed it for free... Then Tint still looks good after the years
